The first start of the system will now take place really fast, in as little as 30 seconds there is a clear menu screen from which you can start the Spektrum Airware application for programming models. You do not have to switch off the transmitter during operation, as with a mobile phone you can set the sleep mode and it will return to operation in 1 second. Processing speed is approximately 250% faster than iX12. State-of-the-art touch screen technology offers sharp and clear detail and enables fast and accurate changes.

Intuitive programming
Users of the Spektrum ™ transmitters will find the iX20 easy to use, as the Spektrum AirWare ™ Touch user application is built on the same Spektrum AirWare firmware used to date. The large field of the touch screen makes navigating the menu much easier.
20 channels
Intuitive programming The iX20SE uses simple language and logic to help you easily set up any type of aircraft and customize and add new or different features to the model whenever you need it. With the X-Plus Channel Expansion Option ™, you can add up to eight additional channels to your receiver using the X-Plus Expansion Module (SPMXP8000 - sold separately). Simply plug the module into a compatible receiver, pair it with the iX20SE, and assign additional channels to any of the features you want.
Transmitter menu
The iX20SE allows you to customize menus based on specific receiver functions, adding or removing items that are not relevant. Simply go to the drop-down menu of the receiver list and use the on / off buttons to switch the channel on or off (or select the number of channels if the desired receiver is not in the menu).
WI-FI, BLUETOOTH AND USB CONNECTION
When connected to Wi-Fi, the iX20SE has additional options. Notifications for Spektrum ™ AirWare ™ Touch updates are automatic, and you can download model settings and add third-party applications. The IX20SE can connect to almost any Bluetooth device. This means you can use cordless headphones or even a phone handset for voice alerts. You will hear music, voice notifications and more with excellent clarity. The Micro USB port allows you to charge the internal power LiIon battery with a standard USB cable with Micro USB. It can also be used to recognize additional devices and provide a convenient connection to your PC or laptop.
Connect with SMART technology
The Spektrum IX20 transmitter is the perfect tool for providing information on the state of the electronics in your aircraft model. It offers integrated telemetry compatibility that can provide you with information on important real-time data such as battery voltage, current, temperature, speed and more. The transmitter is compatible with receivers, controllers and batteries that support SMART technology. The transmitter allows graphical display using graphs and displays. With a voice alert system, you can program the iX20 to tell you when certain telemetry values will reach or exceed your limits. You can also call up a sequence of telemetry values by turning the switch.

Programming warning messages
Keep track of important information without having to look at the transmitter display. The iX20 programmable voice alarm system can enter flight mode or report telemetry information automatically or on request. If the alarm goes off, you don't have to look at the display, the IX20 can tell you. Create any voice alert by simply entering words. In addition to the built-in speaker, the iX20 has a headphone jack that allows you to monitor voice alerts with headphones, so you don't have to bother other pilots. You can also use Bluetooth to connect to a wireless headset or phone.
24 programmable mixes
The IX20 has the most program mixes, of all the Spektrum transmitters. A curve is available for each position in each mix. For example, if you assign a combination to flight modes, you can have up to 10 flight modes; you will also have up to ten different curves. Thanks to the options of clear status of mixes, you can better evaluate the settings and status of mixes.
Program your receiver
Forward Programming is a Spektrum technology that allows you to wirelessly and directly configure Spektrum receivers and related products using a transmitter. It is simple. Forward Programming uses an existing two-way communication link between the transmitter and receiver to perform the same sophisticated programming that once required the presence of a cable, Bluetooth, PC, or cell phone. Forward Programming uses the intuitive Spektrum AirWare firm firmware language, making it easy to use.
