The package contains almost finished parts of the Cyclone XT ARF model, a powerful AC motor LS 6330-15 for 8S LiPol, a tilting carbon propeller 20x8, an aluminum carrier and a 50mm cone. Characteristics

The giant RC model of the thermal glider for remote control Cyclone XT ARF with a span of 6.2 m, is the flagship of Robbe. Almost finished model with laminate 2-piece fuselage (sticks together) and 4-piece wing with built-in MultiLock locks. Laminate fuselage, wing covered with Abachi veneer. Powerful AC motor LS 6330-15 with propeller 20x8 and 50mm cone is designed to power LiPol 8S and has enough power for steep climbs and for starting with a truck. The controller is not included in the package!

Cyclone XT has a wing, with a special composition of wing profiles. The HQ / W 2.5 / 12 profile is used at the root, HW / W 2.5 / 11 in the middle and HW / W 3.0 / 10.5 winglets. Thanks to this, the Cyclone XT has a high degree of stability and excellent flight characteristics. Landing on large flaps is safe even in the field. The fuselage of the model is a laminate of glass and carbon fiber, painted, with reinforcements in exposed areas. The hull consists of two parts, which are glued into one unit when assembled. The wing with a foam core is covered with abachi veneer, which is reinforced with a thin glass cloth and Oracover® foil. The color design of the model is fresh and modern and is created by vivid colors for good visibility in the sky in all positions. This gives the pilot confidence and a high sense of security when flying with the Cyclone XT even at greater distances.

Accessories for normal operation

For normal operation of flying RC models, you need suitable adhesives, a set of tools and a case for storing LiPol batteries. From our range, we recommend a quality set of 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0mm Allen screwdrivers and Modelcraft Phillips screwdrivers (set of 6). Modelcraft mini pliers in a case (set) and a Modelcraft cutting knife with an A6 washer will certainly be suitable for assembly.

For quick repair of aircraft models, we recommend a fast-curing 4-minute Epoxy adhesive. From our offer we recommend Speed Epoxy 4 min. 71g

Protective covers for batteries

Protective covers are designed to reduce the risk associated with transporting and charging batteries. LiPo batteries can, while maintaining small dimensions and low weight, provide high discharge currents and have a large capacity. The LiPo battery is prone to mechanical damage and therefore needs to be thoroughly protected.
