Characteristics
The innovative and futuristic RC model of the Blade Eclipse 360 BNF Basic helicopter offers model and sport flying for intermediate pilots. The elegantly shaped fairing of the model is made of lacquered Elapor, in which high-performance mechanics with a drive and electronics with a FC6250HX control unit are built-in. BNF version for pairing with Spektrum transmitters. The drive battery is recommended LiPol 3S 2200mAh-3200mAh.
The Blade Eclipse 360 Basic is designed to be capable of smooth hovering as well as acrobatics in the hands of experienced pilots. The expertly tuned FC6250HX rudder control unit includes optional SAFE technology for pitch limitation and automatic self-leveling to help prevent crashes in normal mode and without limitation in all other flight modes. Furthermore, the Panic Recovery function, which is activated by the rescue button! Powerful AC main and tail motors are connected to a dual controller Spektrum Dual Smart , which delivers real-time telemetry data to Spektrum transmitters, featuring the AirWare™ menu, and are compatible with common 3S 2200-3200mAh LiPol batteries. Metal gear digital servos, aluminum rotor head block and carbon fiber main rotor blades provide reliable and precise control.
The lightweight but durable body features LED navigation and landing lights along with a rigid 3-point undercarriage for an aerodynamic appearance or you can install the included set of undercarriage wheels for ground taxiing. Skill 2 - Requires some experience
Although the Blade Eclipse 360 is equipped with optional SAFE technology, it is not suitable as a first RC helicopter for new pilots or a "next step after simulator" model. Before attempting to fly the Eclipse 360, you should have the experience and skills necessary to successfully fly a gyroscopic helicopter such as the Blade 230, 330, Fusion 360, or other models of a similar class.
Advantage of the Bind-N-Fly version set
Already own a Spektrum transmitter Bind-N-Fly (BNF) models make it easier than ever to prepare for flight, quickly and with the best possible control experience. The model is fully assembled with the power system, servos and Spektrum 2.4 GHz receiver installed, so all that needs to be done is to pair the receiver with a compatible Spektrum transmitter.
Exclusive SAFE technology, AS3X
The FC6250HX controller features exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® and SAFE® technologies. Optional SAFE technology offers lean angle limitation and automatic stabilization to help prevent accidents in Normal mode. The AS3X features a 3-axis gyroscope that cancels out the effects of wind and turbulence and helps in other flight modes, so you can fly on your back as well as perform aerobatics. Additionally, you can use Panic Recovery by simply pressing the rescue button.
Telemetry option
The Eclipse 360 is equipped with a Spektrum Smart controller, control unit and receiver that provides - with both SMART and regular batteries - real-time total flight battery voltage, engine speed and other telemetry information to compatible Spektrum AirWare-equipped transmitters (including DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2 /G3 and 8 G2, DX9, NX6 up to 20, iX12 up to 20 and others), during flight.
Precise steering
The cycler's digital servos with metal gears, aluminum rotor head block and carbon fiber main rotor blades provide excellent durability and precise control.
Cycle board
The collective control mechanism of the main rotor offers smooth and precise control and provides a unique combination of hovering, mock-up and sport and aerobatic flying capabilities.
High performance
The powerful AC motors of the main rotor and tail rotor are driven to the installed Spektrum Dual Smart AC controller, which is compatible with the common and popular 3S 2200-3200mAh LiPol batteries.
Unique fairing of the model
The lightweight yet durable body of the helicopter model is made of Elapor and painted to impress with a unique futuristic look. In addition, it is equipped with LED navigation and landing lights for better visibility.
Choice of chassis
The low-profile installed skids offer an aerodynamic "undercarriage" look and work great for takeoffs and landings on smooth surfaces. Or you can install the included set of wheels for a different look and experience on smooth, concrete, asphalt and other surfaces.

LED lighting
The light but durable body is equipped with LED colored navigation and landing lights on both the right and left undercarriage legs and on the rudder.
Tail rotor
The novelty is the arrangement of the tail rotor in the axis of the fuselage, which is hidden inside the ring. This increases the efficiency of the rotor and, in addition, the rotor blades are not exposed to the risk of damage.

If you decide to use modern Smart LiPo batteries in RC models of airplanes or helicopters, or to charge your batteries from other manufacturers, then we recommend the following chargers:

Blade maintenance accessories
For the normal operation of flying RC helicopter models, you need a suitable set of tools and a LiPol battery storage case. From our assortment, we recommend a quality set of 1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0mm allen screwdrivers and Modelcraft Phillips screwdrivers (set of 6). Modelcraft mini pliers in a case (set) will surely come in handy for assembly.
Quick fix adhesives
For quick repair of z helicopter models, we recommend fast curing second adhesives. From our offer, we recommend Robitronic instant glue medium 20ml or Roket Cyano Gel gel instant glue 20ml.
Preparations for securing screws
To secure the screws against loosening, we recommend Robitronic screw glue blue 10ml.
Gear lubrication preparations
For gentle gear lubrication, we recommend the Modelcraft precision oiler with Teflon oil 7.5ml.
Protection of electronics
NANOPROTECH ELECTRIC 150ml can be recommended for gentle gear lubrication.
Protective covers for accumulators
Protective packaging is intended to limit the risk associated with the transport and charging of accumulators. LiPo accumulators, while maintaining small dimensions and low weight, can provide high discharge currents and have a large capacity. The LiPo battery is particularly susceptible to mechanical damage and therefore needs to be thoroughly protected.
