Wonderful RC model aircraft for remote control Carbon Cub 15cc ARF from Hangar 9 has a span of 228 cm, is all-wood construction and foil cover Oracover. The model drive is recommended by a 15 cm3 internal combustion engine or an E-Flite 60BL AC motor. The advantage is the wing flaps, LED landing lights installed, functional side doors for easy access to the electronics cab.

Versatility and cool flying

The Cub sports model is extremely versatile, can be used as a relaxed recreational model, or its acrobatic skills can be used. Thanks to the large Tundra balloon wheels you can land with it even on less well-maintained areas. The model can optionally be fitted with floats (order number HAN6030) and enjoy flying on the water.

Focus on details

With the Carbon Cub 15cc ARF, great attention is paid to details such as the cockpit, opening side doors, interior features, landing lights. The low surface load and functional flaps allow for an impressively short take-off and landing. The spring-loaded chassis ensures good shock absorption, even thanks to large-wheel balloon wheels. A distinctive yellow color, a two-piece sash for convenient transportation and quick assembly are used classically

Fancy LED lighting

The advantage is the installed LED landing light of the model, which highlights the scale model in flight and the visibility of the model in poor visibility. The kit kit includes a holder for 2pcs AA batteries (3V total) for LED lighting, alternatively you can use a LiPol battery 1S 3.7V. If you want to turn off LED lighting, you can add an electronic switch, eg. EVOA100 Evolution Optical Electronic Kill Switch and control the illumination of the free channel transmitter. The LED power supply is from 3V-3.7V, 1 cell LiPol battery can be used. Cannot apply voltage from receiver! It may cause the LEDs to burn.

Propulsion model and combustion engine

The model can be fitted with both an internal combustion engine and an electric motor. The advantage of using a gasoline engine is the low running costs, the electric motor is clean operation without worrying about adjustment. The Evolution 15GX2 petrol engine with exceptional fuel economy is recommended as a suitable drive.
