Characteristics
Fun RC airplane model E-flite Slow Ultra Stick 1.2m BNF Basic in Ultra Stick design, modern technologies and AS3X and SAFE functions. It is very versatile, so you can fly it even in smaller spaces and try acrobatics. It is fully equipped with electronics, the motor is compatible with 2S and 3S LiPol batteries.
The Ultra Stick is a slow flyer RC aircraft model that offers a wide range of performance and capabilities that provide a unique flying experience. Unlike other models, the model has the advantage of simplicity of construction and easy repairability. Use the 2S LiPol battery for slow flying in small spaces or large gymnasiums, to perform basic aerobatics including somersaults, twists and backflips. Or use the 3S LiPol battery 1300mAh - 2200mAh to perform even more aggressive aerobatics thanks to the rigid EPO wing with semi-symmetrical profile and EPO tail surfaces. The model is ideal for pilots who are looking for a suitable "Next step" after a flight PC simulator and also for experienced pilots who are looking for a model that offers a number of options to have a good time in the air.

Bind-N-Fly version
Already own a Spektrum aerial transmitter? Bind-N-Fly (BNF) aircraft make it easy to prepare for flight because the model aircraft is already equipped with a Spektrum receiver. The controller motor, servos and Spektrum 2.4GHz receiver are also installed, so all you have to do is pair the receiver to your compatible transmitter and complete the final assembly (transmitter, battery and charger sold separately).
Smart technology
The Slow Ultra Stick 1.2m is equipped with an exclusive Spektrum™ Avian™ Smart Lite controller that can provide a range of real-time telemetry data including motor speed, current, battery voltage and more. You will have more data with SMART batteries, but telemetry with regular LiPol batteries will provide everything you need. With compatible receivers (including AR630) and transmitters equipped with Spektrum AirWare™, (including DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/3 and 8 G2, DX9, NX6, 8 and 10, iX12, iX14, iX20 and others) you will be informed in real time.
Exclusive technology
Slow Ultra Stick is equipped with exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® and SAFE® Select technologies. The AS3X's stabilaze works behind the scenes to smooth out the effects of wind and turbulence, giving you a locked-in feel that makes it seem like you're flying a much larger aircraft. Optional use of SAFE Select offers pitch and roll limits and automatic self-leveling that can be turned on and off with the flip of a switch for maximum flying comfort.
Flexible performance
The AC drive of the Slow Ultra Stick can be operated with 2S and 3S LiPol batteries, allowing you to choose a power mode from mild to super power. From slow recreational flying, through maximum flight time with low consumption 2S LiPol batteries, to hovering and even unlimited vertical performance with 3S LiPol batteries.
Durable construction
Composite-reinforced tail surfaces and a two-part wing made of tough EPO material with a semi-symmetrical profile are light, stiff and durable. And if you damage any parts or components of the Slow Ultra Stick beyond repair, a range of replacement parts are available.
Unique abilities
The Slow Ultra Stick model is very pleasant to pilot, so it can be recommended for beginner pilots. However, it also has innate acrobatic genes that can be awakened by choosing the power of the drive and adjusting it with larger rudder deflections. Then you can perform aggressive piloting with acrobatic evolutions, during which the onlookers' blood will freeze in their veins.
Easy assembly
The Ultra Stick model comes with the electronics, drive, servos and receiver installed. All you have to do is complete the final assembly with screws and you'll be ready to fly in less time than charging your propulsion battery!
We recommend to buy
You will need a Spektrum transmitter, a LiPol drive battery and a charger.
Recommended Spektrum transmitters
To pair the BNF version model, we recommend modern SPEKTRUM programmable transmitters:
- 6-channel DX Spektrum DX6e DSMX series transmitter with telemetry, 250 models in memory .
- 6-channel transmitter of the NX Spektrum NX6 DSMX series with the latest trends, Smart Technology compatibility, USB port and WiFi connectivity .
- 8-channel transmitter of the NX Spektrum NX8 DSMX series with the latest trends, Smart Technology compatibility, USB port and WiFi connectivity .
Recommended batteries
We recommend a 3-cell (11.1 V) LiPol drive battery to power the model.

Spektrum batteries with Smart technology currently represent the most modern and safest way to maintain and charge batteries. The benefits of Spektrum Smart technology can be found here.
Recommended chargers for conventional LiPol and Smart batteries
If you decide to use modern Smart LiPo batteries in RC models of airplanes or helicopters, or to charge your batteries from other manufacturers, then we recommend the following chargers:
- Network charger Spektrum S155 with one output 1x 55W .
- Network charger Spektrum S1100 with one output 1x 100W .
- Network charger Spektrum S2100 with one output 2x 100W .
- Network charger Spektrum S2200 with two outputs 2x 200W .
Accessories for normal operation
For the normal operation of flying RC models, you need suitable adhesives, a set of tools and a storage case for LiPol batteries. From our assortment, we recommend a quality set of 1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0 mm Allen screwdrivers and Modelcraft Phillips screwdrivers (set of 6). Modelcraft mini pliers in a case (set) and Modelcraft cutting knife with A6 pad for cutting will certainly come in handy for assembly.
For quick repair of model airplanes, we recommend the fast-curing 4-minute Epoxy glue. From our offer, we recommend Speed Epoxy 4 min. 71g
Protective covers for accumulators
Protective packaging is intended to limit the risk associated with the transport and charging of accumulators. LiPo accumulators, while maintaining small dimensions and low weight, can provide high discharge currents and have a large capacity. The LiPo battery is especially susceptible to mechanical damage and therefore needs to be thoroughly protected.
