The package contains the RC model of the HobbyZone Carbon Cub S 2 aircraft in a special Cleetus McFarland color scheme, the Spektrum DXs RC transmitter in mode 2 (the mode can be changed), the Steam key to download the RealFlight Trainer Edition RC simulator and the USB-A adapter for connecting the transmitter to a PC (for controlling the simulator). The model has installed components: Spektrum Serial Micro SRXL2 DSMX receiver, control unit, 30A brushless controller, Parkzone 480 BL Outrunner 960Kv brushless motor, Spektrum A381 9g Mini servos (2x ailerons, 1x rudder, 1x elevator). Accessories: spare propeller 9x6, instructions in Czech, manual EN, DE, FR, IT.

Characteristics

The Carbon Cub S 2 is the ideal RC model airplane for beginners to learn to fly. In this specially selected set, you will not only get a versatile and easy-to-use model in the premium Cleetus McFarland livery, but also a download key for the RealFlight Trainer Edition simulator, on which you can master basic piloting skills and later hone aerobatic tricks without risk. The advantage is that this is a full-fledged version of the simulator, i.e. without time limits. The model allows anyone to learn to fly and is perfectly equipped for this. It includes AS3X electronic stabilization, which automatically compensates for wind gusts, and SAFE technology with flight modes from beginner to advanced mode, including the Panic function, which will level the model in horizontal flight if you lose control of it.

For even greater assistance, the model can optionally be equipped with a GPS module that adds SAFE+ functions, namely AutoLand - assisted landing, Holding Pattern - circling over the take-off point and Virtual Fence - a virtual fence. Furthermore, the LAS module for smooth landing can be optionally purchased.

The model is made of durable EPO material and thanks to large tundra-type wheels, you can take off and land on a variety of surfaces, including grass, roads, dirt paths or paving, or you can install optional floats to take off from water - increasing the versatility and capabilities of the model.

The Carbon Cub 2 features a 30A AC regulator with telemetry that provides the included DXS transmitter with battery voltage data. When used with a compatible Spektrum G2 transmitter, you can access a range of real-time telemetry data related to system performance, including motor RPM, current, battery voltage and more through the Spektrum™ AirWare™ menu. The addition of Spektrum’s exclusive Smart LiPo Battery and SMART Charger makes it easy to charge your drone safely and securely.
