The Graupner Ultra 20 A SBEC is the ideal controller for all model aircraft that require receiver power. The ULTRA 20 A SBEC combines compact design, low weight, fast response times and settings optimized for model aircraft.
The Ultra controller has the open source BLHeli Main software installed in version 14.x. The controller can of course also be played on the BL Heli MULTI or TAIL. The flight controller is the only open source electronic speed controller that uses modern 50 MHz Silabs processors and can be set up and updated using the Graupner 7168.6 update cable. It also contains a voltage divider for measuring the voltage using the corresponding receivers, e.g. 33565, 33575 or Copter Flight Controls (e.g. Betaflight settings: 92). The processor has a clock frequency that is twice as high as the previous models. This ensures higher maximum speeds and precise timing at high speeds.
The power stage is housed in a 5 x 6 DFN package. The semiconductor transistors (FETs) have extremely low internal resistance. Special FET drivers ensure more effective active idling and better cooling of the power stage.
The special capacitors used enable super-fast start-up and guarantee high operational safety.
The control paths are already optimized for Graupner receivers.
The speed limit of the ULTRA controllers is 400,000 rpm for two-pole motors.
The SBEC is rated for a continuous current of 3 A and can withstand short-term peak loads of up to 6 small servos.
The additional voltage sensor cable allows voltage measurement and warning using the GR-12 SH gyro receiver or GR-12 SH in the K5: Voltage setting. This feature is completely unique in this category of controllers and allows for early detection of battery discharge, thus protecting your model.
