The programming card for KAVAN R flight controllers (also compatible with RAY G2 controllers) is used for easy and fast programming of controllers - at home "on the table" as well as at the airport. The controller is connected using a servo cable, the socket is located on the top of the card. The power supply of the card is provided from the BEC stabilizer of the KAVAN R controller. Programming is performed with the connected motor and drive battery.
ATTENTION: The KAVAN R LED programming card cannot be used for programming first generation RAY controllers and the first generation RAY programming card cannot be used for programming KAVAN R controllers.
KAVAN R controllers can be programmed in a model with a mounted propeller - but for safety reasons we still recommend removing the propeller during programming - this will prevent a possible accident in the event of an omission or operator error.
There are four buttons at the bottom of the card for programming. With their help, you select the program functions for setting and set their value signaled by the light of the corresponding LED diode. The "OK" button confirms the change made and sends it to the controller, the "Reset" button is used to clear all settings and return all values to the factory default settings. The communication status with the controller is indicated by the "Connecting" LED.
Programming: Disconnect the controller servo cable from the receiver and then plug it into the socket in the upper right corner of the card marked "BEC". Connect the drive battery to the controller; The LEDs on the card light up and show you the current set values of the individual functions - and you can set!
The list of functions and adjustable values is given on the label on the card, a detailed description of the functions is given in the manuals supplied with the KAVAN R controllers.
