Lockheed Martin-Boeing F-22 is an "invisible" fighter aircraft of the US Air Force 5th generation. This is an extremely innovative concept. The "Raptor" is equipped with two Pratt & Whitney F119 twin-jet engines with additional combustion capable of generating a thrust with a variable vector thanks to movable exhaust nozzles significantly increasing dexterity. The ability to stealth, ie "invisibility", is ensured by the aerodynamic profile and the use of top materials that can minimize radar capture. Escape capabilities are further supported by the detailed design of the air inlets and exhausts, which reduce heat production from the exhaust gases as well as noise emissions. Air-to-air and air-to-ground weapon systems are installed in cargo shafts inside the fuselage to further minimize radar detection. The aircraft's avionics are extremely advanced and are able to detect, track and aim at long distances.
