    After World War II ended, the Willys-Overland military jeep re-emerged as a popular commercial utility vehicle - designated "CJ" for "civilian jeep". Introduced in 1976, the CJ-7 was popular for its off-road capabilities. In 1987, it was replaced by the Jeep Wrangler. It remains the most iconic SUV of all time.

    The SCX10 III Jeep CJ-7 is completely finished, ready to go with the electronics, drive unit and Spektrum DX3 Smart transmitter installed. Just add a 2-3S LiPo battery and charger (not included). With the Spektrum Smart battery, you can take advantage of SPEKTRUM SMART technology – for example, monitor the battery status in real time directly on the DX3 transmitter. The transmitter-activated Dig function contributes to precise control and use of the SCX10 III platform's capabilities for better turning and control. Servo Dig is included and installed.

    The CJ-7's officially licensed body is constructed from durable polycarbonate and features numerous details, including officially licensed Gen-Right bumpers, a fully functional roll cage, and a complete interior, including an opening center console. The doors can be opened or even removed.

    Transport bag

    Transport the RC model comfortably and safely in the Robitronic transport bag. The bag is waterproof and has an elasticated edge that can be adjusted to the model.     Accessories for normal operation

    For the normal operation of the RC car, you need tire glue, screw glue, a tool kit and silicone shock oil. We recommend an affordable tool kit for RC cars from our range.



    Tire glue is used to glue the tires to the disc rim. It is always necessary that the tire is firmly stuck to the wheel rim all the way around! If the tire is not glued all the way around, it may tear. Tire glue has a special composition that is able to glue materials such as rubber or nylon, and at the same time, after hardening, the glue is flexible. We recommend Robitronic Tire Glue from our offer.



    Sometimes it is necessary to add silicone oil to the shock absorbers of the model and change the oil in the differentials. During normal operation, there are only slight leaks of silicone oil on the piston rods of the shock absorber. In the event that the surface of the damper pistons or the condition of the seals is in poor condition, the oil leakage may be large. Repair kits or individual parts are supplied for these cases.



    For routine maintenance, screw glue is needed. Screws screwed into the metal material (e.g. screws in the motor, worm gear in the pinion) must be secured against loosening with this glue.
