Data transmission via one wire

Data is transmitted to the receiver via the SRXL2 protocol. Spektrum Firma controllers are, of course, backward compatible with a classic PWM signal, so you can also operate the controller on a classic PWM output, but without telemetry data transmission.

If you use a LiPol Spektrum Smart battery, the controller automatically reads all the data from the battery. The display of the Spectrum transmitter will show you useful information, such as the number of cycles, the remaining battery capacity, the voltage of individual cells.
Programming with the Spektrum Smart programmer
The Spectrum Smart programmer is designed to adjust the parameters of the Smart Avian and Smart Firma controllers. It is possible to check, set and save the model type, brake type, brake efficiency, voltage detection, number of LiPol cells, cut-off voltage, BEC voltage, motor speed start, timing, motor reversal, idle and factory settings.
