Characteristics

Two-channel Traxxas TQi RC kit in the 2.4 GHz band with telemetry, newly with revolutionary wireless BlueTooth data transfer to your devices with the Apple iOS operating system (iPod, iPod, iPhone, ...) or Android (Samsung Galaxy S...). You can thus not only clearly set the parameters of the transmitter, but also see all telemetry data in real time.

There is a slot for a BlueTooth module on the back of the transmitter, to which any device with a Bluetooth LE interface with the Apple iOS or Google Android operating system can be wirelessly paired. The module is compatible with iPhone version 4S and higher, iPod 5 and higher, iPad generation 3 and higher. The application can be downloaded for free from the AppStore or Google Play .

The Traxxas Link App is a powerful application that gives you complete control over the operation and tuning of your Traxxas model with stunning visualization and absolute accuracy of settings. Traxxas Link displays real-time data, measuring speed, rpm, temperature and battery voltage, all in the app with the brilliant graphics that come naturally from Traxxas.

Use the convenient telemetry application wizard to select the right telemetry sensors for your model.

Intuitive interface, data sharing

Once you've created the perfect settings for your model, you can save them as a profile to restore later, use on another model, or share with friends. If track conditions change, just adjust the settings and save it as a new profile.

Editing, saving and organizing models

Traxxas Link makes it easy to organize your car collection. With Traxxas Link, you no longer have to try and remember which model you have paired with the transmitter. Just choose a model and start having fun. Traxxas Link will recognize the model and select the settings you last saved. The factory settings for all Traxxas models are pre-programmed so that adding a new Traxxas model to your transmitter is a breeze.

Real-time telemetry

Traxxas Link collects and records telemetry data in real time while driving. When you install the optional telemetry sensors on your model, the Traxxas Link dashboard comes to life and displays speed, battery voltage, rpm and temperature. The app automatically detects and recognizes Traxxas Link sensors and sets them up. The dashboard can display either numeric or digital instruments. Up to nine devices can be displayed at once. Warning thresholds, maximums, minimums, or averages can be set. Use the recording function to document your dashboard view, sound, so you can watch your car. If you forgot to record, simply press Instant Replay and you can view the last minute of the recording. Recordings can be named and saved to compare, review or share with friends.

Manage up to 30 models with Traxxas Link memory

The Traxxas Link Model Memory makes it easy to organize your stored cars. The TQI system automatically keeps track of which cars are paired and what settings were used for each car. Traxxas Link provides a visual interface, transmitter history, model naming, setting adjustments, connected profiles and locks them into memory. Traxxas Link and TQi settings store settings for up to 30 models. Just choose a model and the previously paired transmitter will immediately connect to the model. Traxxas Link recognizes the model and selects all settings. Factory settings for all Traxxas models are pre-programmed, making adding a new model to your transmitter a breeze.

Backward Compatibility

The new version of TQi transmitters is fully compatible with the TRA6518 receiver.

Receiver

Traxxas 5 channel RC receiver for Traxxas TQi transmitters with integrated telemetry and Traxxas Stability Management (TSM) stabilization system. The receiver is compatible with the older version of TQi transmitters (with docking station), as well as the new version with Bluetooth.

There is an expansion module for the receiver, which allows you to connect all possible sensors, including the GPS speed sensor, at the same time.

Stabilization of TSM

The receiver is equipped with TSM electronic ride stabilization. Integrated MEMS sensors constantly monitor the position of the model and the deflection of the steering wheel. This means that the model automatically corrects the steering of the wheels so that the model stays in the direction you want. The TSM stabilization does not reduce the enjoyment of driving in any way, on the contrary, at higher speeds the model could be difficult to drive without stabilization.

You can conveniently change the intensity of TSM stabilization with the multifunction button on the TQi transmitter.

Telemetry

The receiver contains a common telemetric input for the voltage and temperature sensor - TRA6521, TRA6523, and also a telemetric input for the speed (speed) sensor - TRA6520, TRA6522.

The receiver also includes a 4-pin connector for connecting a telemetry expansion module, into which you can connect up to 6 more sensors, including a very accurate GPS speed sensor.
