    The receiver supports Smart controllers, from which it is able to read all telemetry data. Due to the low transmission power of the receiver, the range of telemetry is approximately 300 m, which, however, is quite sufficient considering the receiver's purpose for smaller models. For Forward Programming to function correctly, it is necessary to install the latest firmware version into the receiver using a Spektrum USB cable (SPMA3065).

    New generation AS3X+

    The Spektrum AR631+ RC receiver contains a three-axis MEMS gyro and accelerometer, and thanks to electronic stabilization, control of the model is simplified, e.g. in windy weather. The system is easier to tune and can be easily optimized for any type of aircraft. AS3X+ brings more confidence in driving.

    SAFE technology

    Thanks to the SAFE Select technology used, even a less experienced pilot can control the aircraft models. The SAFE system prevents oversteer when cornering and also limits climbs and descents. Simply releasing the controller's control sticks will return the model to level flight. These functions will be especially appreciated by novice pilots who are not yet fully confident in driving the models. The feature is optional and can be turned off.

    Long 230mm 2.4GHz antenna

    The AR631+ is equipped with an extra long 230mm 2.4GHz antenna, specially designed for use in a small space. When installing the antenna, it is advisable to place it at least 75 mm from the batteries, regulator and other electronics. With integrated telemetry, you can check the status of the drive and electronics.

    Forward Programming

    You can set up the Spektrum AR631+ RC receiver wirelessly, directly from a compatible Spektrum transmitter, using the Forward Programming menu. No other device like a computer or mobile device is needed to set up and edit. Set all necessary AS3X and SAFE parameters as well as individual SAFE parameters.

    Support for models in the receiver's memory

    Smart Transmitter Model Files is a new feature on the AR631+ receiver that makes transmitter programming the easiest. It consists of a set of transmitter configuration parameters that are stored in a receiver model file. During pairing, the user is prompted to download the specified model file and overwrite the currently selected transmitter model. Note: iX20, iX14 and NX transmitters are currently supported with the latest firmware updates.

    SMART telemetry

    A complete solution for transmitting telemetry data to a compatible transmitter is offered by the AR10360T+ receiver together with the Avian controller and the SMART battery. Important telemetry data such as current, voltage, temperature and rpm are sent directly to your transmitter in real time.




    AS3X system for UMX aircraft.

    The AS3X system for aircraft is an exclusive electronic device that allows perfect stabilization of the current flight position and still have full steering control during flight. Having an AS3X is a dream come true for any RC pilot.



    Due to their very low weight and inertia, micro model airplanes are very sensitive to even very small gusts of wind, which can change direction very quickly. Aerodynamics of micromodels is also not at the general level. The AS3X system includes a three-axis gyroscope made with MEMS technology. Just as the introduction of a single-axis gyroscope in helicopters made helicopters controllable at all, with the help of a three-axis gyroscope it was possible to remove the stabilizer - paddleless rotor head, in micro-planes the AS3X system significantly simplified their control and made them accessible even to less experienced modelers. With the AS3X, the era of jerky flights is over. Based on information from the gyroscope, the microprocessor constantly maintains the position of the aircraft using the ailerons, rudder and elevator in the same orientation until you give the instruction to change the orientation with the transmitter. Intelligent software helps to compensate for the effect of the wind when flying in a turn. Flying knife flights will no longer be a problem for you. With models equipped with AS3X, you can also fly outdoors in relative calm, for example in the garden.



    AS3X technology in UMX aircraft is a great advantage, because it helps the pilot to focus more on the control itself than on the necessary corrections during the flight, so turbulence, a sudden gust of wind will not affect the model. All that remains is very smooth handling, even outside in light winds so that you can only experience a pleasant driving sensation. AS3X, does not reduce the stability and maneuverability of the AS3X aircraft, there is no compromise. You will get significantly more control, more stability and agility that you never dreamed of before.

It was created for the purpose of simpler user comfort and at the same time maximum flow of information, the purpose of which is to offer immediate data on the status of important electronic components of your model. Smart receivers, regulators, batteries and chargers and transmitters equipped with the Spektrum AirWare™ menu have been manufactured for this purpose and communicate via telemetry with the components of the Smart system. And without additional telemetry sensors, so you can have an overview of battery status, temperature, current and revolutions thanks to the IC3/IC5 connector with data cable. Your model's electronics will communicate with you, and thanks to this you can ensure the highest possible efficiency and performance of your model's drive.     SMART technology enables the transmission of telemetry data using a single wire in the innovative connectors IC3 and IC5. The new IC5 connectors have a modern design with an emphasis on safety and simplicity.




    Compatibility with the Spektrum Smart system

    The Spetrum AR631+ RC receiver is ready for use with Avian SMART controllers . Receiver output no. 1 (THRO - gas) automatically detects the connection of the SMART controller.

    If a SMART controller is connected, the receiver automatically reads available telemetry data from the controller (and possibly from the connected SMART battery). Otherwise, a standard servo signal appears at the output and a conventional controller or servo can be connected.



    Easy pairing with the push of a button

    You don't need a pairing plug anymore! To pair, just press the button with the Spektrum logo on the top of the receiver. Pairing can be activated both when the power is turned on and by pressing the button after the power is turned on. This is useful where pressing the button and connecting the power at the same time is very difficult to manage.



    The possibility of pairing the receiver using the pairing connector connected to the Bind/Prog/SRXL output was still maintained. This is convenient for cases where the receiver's pairing button is not easily accessible. With an extension servo cable, you can bring the pairing input to an accessible place.

    Long antenna

    The Spektrum AR631+ RC receiver is equipped with an extra-long 230 mm antenna, specially designed for use in tight hulls. When installing the receiver in a model where there is little space, a long antenna is important. This allows the antenna to be moved away from electrical equipment for optimal signal reception. When placing the antenna, it is best to keep it at least 75 mm away from batteries, electronic regulators, ignition and other electronic devices.




    Note: These Spektrum transmitters do not support Forward Programming with the AR631+ receiver: DX6i, DX6G2 (EU version), DX7, DX7S, DX7SE, DX7G2 (EU version), DX8, Non-computer transmitters. Use of this receiver in turbine powered model aircraft is not recommended.
