    Profi servotester can be used for testing both digital and analogue servos and measuring pulse widths. Generates a control signal with pulses with logic level "1" of 5.0 V with a repetition rate of 50 Hz (for analog servos) or 100 Hz (for digital servos). There are four buttons and a rotary knob to operate the unit; the program menu and the measured values \u200b\u200bare displayed on a two-line LCD display. Profi servotester has seven basic operating modes:

    • Manual positioning of the servo position via the rotary knob (basic pulse width range 1,000-2,000 _s / expanded 500-2,500 _s). You can use this function to test the linearity of the servo movement and its general operation. You can also use it to test electronic speed controllers.
    • Automatic Cycle Test of Servo Motion with Adjustable Number of Cycles, Deviation Range and Overrun Speed. This function is primarily used to test the long service life of the servos.
    • Testing servo with pushbutton switched fixed positions 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 _s. This function primarily serves to test and mechanically adjust the neutral position of the rudders and to test the accuracy of the servo return to the center position when moving from both sides.
    • Measurement of the servolessness bandwidth. This function is primarily used to test the servo insensitive bandwidth and determine its true resolution capability. It is also useful if you need several servos responding in exactly the same way - typically, for example, 2-4 servo CCPM servo plates, multiple servo controls for the same or paired rudders on aircraft models (especially in extreme 3D with huge deflections).
    • Measuring the speed of the servo movement at 60 °.
    • Automatic servo motion testing with adjustable range and overflow speeds. This function is primarily used to test the smoothness of the servo movement; visible, for example." defects or operational wear of the resistance path of the feedback potentiometer (reflected by vibration or twitching), mechanical damage to the gears (missing teeth)
    • Measurement of control pulse width from external source (eg receiver). This function is primarily used to test the control pulses on the servo outputs of the receiver. You can measure the pulse width at a certain transmitter setting and also test the stability of the control pulse width (if the servo is vibrating, vibrating or drifting without changing the position of the transmitter on the transmitter)

    The power supply to the servo-socket is powered by a socket on the right side - either a JST-XH socket for a 2S LiPo battery connector (7.4 V) or a coaxial connector for connecting a battery or a 7.4-12 V power supply. at the output of the servo (SIGNAL / OUT) is stabilized to 5 V irrespective of the supply voltage of the instrument.

    The tested servo is connected to the SIGNAL / OUT socket on the left side. A control signal from the external source is supplied to the same socket when measuring pulse width in "PW MODE" mode.
