Oil dampers
The shock absorbers are mounted on TLR® Tuned 7075-T6 aluminum shock absorber towers and are equipped with TLR® Tuned Aluminum Shock aluminum bodies, machine tapered shock absorber pistons and EXB Extreme Bash shock absorbers. They easily absorb common terrain such as clay, asphalt and grass and create super smooth damping.
High traction with dBoots® EXABYTE tires
DBoots® Exabyte tires are made of high quality racing rubber for long life and have a multi-layer design for excellent traction in all conditions. They contain foam inserts and are glued to nylon wheels 1: 8 buggy. 17mm hexagonal carriers provide strength during extreme events and allow easy maintenance.
Racing finished body
The RC model of the TLR® Tuned TYPHON ™ 4WD Race Buggy Roller car has a perfectly fitting coat in the form of a colorful body with exclusive colors and Race Spec decals. Distinctive colors allow very good visibility on the race track.
TLR® Tuned 7075-T6 chassis
The high resistance in the ruthless environment of the race track is ensured by the aluminum chassis made of high-strength aluminum 7075-T6. Resistance to weathering and damage is helped by anodized finish / p>
TLR® Tuned 7075-T6 shock absorber towers
Shock absorber towers are made of high-strength aluminum 7075-T6, which can withstand high stresses while driving. Resistance to weathering is ensured by anodized surface treatment.
TLR® Tuned engine bed
Thanks to precise production, the black anodised, aluminum motor holder can be easily adjusted and firmly fixed. The sliding bracket thus allows the position and motor to be adjusted by loosening two screws that are easily accessible from above. This solution greatly simplifies the adjustment between tooth play and pinion changes.
TLR® Tuned metal axle components
The racing machine must have maximum strength of key components, including ground steel axle pin holders.
TLR® Tuned galvanized steel components
Wheel tensioners and shafts are galvanized and have high corrosion resistance.
TLR® Tuned shock absorber components
Adjustable oil-filled shock absorbers are equipped with TLR® Tuned Aluminum Shock aluminum bodies, machined conical pistons and Extreme Bash (EXB) spacers.

Accessories for normal operation
For normal operation of an RC car, you need tire glue, screw glue, a set of tools and silicone oil for the shock absorbers. From our range we recommend an affordable set of tools for RC cars.
The tire glue adheres the tires to the rim of the disc. It is always necessary for the tire to be firmly glued to the wheel rim around the entire circumference! If the tire is not stuck around the entire circumference, it may rupture. The tire adhesive has a special composition that is able to bond materials such as rubber or nylon, and at the same time, after hardening, the adhesive is flexible. We recommend Robitronic Tire Glue from our offer - see recommended accessories.
Occasionally it is necessary to add silicone oil to the model's shock absorbers and change the oil in the differentials. During normal operation, there is only a slight leakage of silicone oil along the shock absorber piston rods. If the surface of the shock absorber piston rods or the condition of the seals is in poor condition, the oil leakage can be large. For these cases, repair kits or individual parts are supplied. From our offer of silicone oils, we recommend silicone oils TLR (Team Losi Racing), see recommended accessories.
Screw adhesive is required for routine maintenance. Screws screwed into the metal material (eg screws in the motor, set screw in the pinion) must be secured against loosening with this adhesive.
Protective covers for batteries
Protective covers are designed to reduce the risk associated with transporting and charging batteries. LiPo batteries can, while maintaining small dimensions and low weight, provide high discharge currents and have a large capacity for long travel times. On the contrary, the LiPo battery is prone mainly to mechanical damage.
