The package contains finished parts of the Eratix 3D SWS 1.6m RC aircraft model covered with foil and with installed components: Brushless motor 5055-500Kv 14-P, Spektrum Smart Avian 100A IC5 controller, 2x digital servo A179 42g HV (ailerons), 2x digital servo A180 42g HV (rudder and elevator), Spektrum receiver AR637TA+ 6CH AS3X/SAFE. Wooden propeller 16 x 8E. Instructions in Czech and manual in EN, DE, FR, IT.

Characteristics

RC model of the E-flite Eratix 3D SWS 1.6m aircraft for aerobatic and sport flying with a wooden structure coated with high-quality UltraCote™ foil. The model is a larger version of the popular Eratix 3D FF with the advantages of a lightweight and strong structure made of balsa and carbon-reinforced plywood. Excellent user-friendliness is maintained, the model can be assembled quickly and easily without the use of glue. Factory-installed digital HV servos with metal gears, a Spektrum brushless motor, an Avian 100A controller with Smart telemetry support and a Spektrum 6-channel receiver with AS3X+ stabilization and SAFE Select. Smart Spektrum electronics in the model offer a number of advantages that you will not find elsewhere. With a compatible transmitter (sold separately), you have a wide range of telemetric data of battery voltage, current consumption, temperature and other data available. There is also a thrust reversal function, which shortens the distance after landing and makes it easier to taxi on the runway.

The receiver also includes a new feature called Smart Transmitter File, which makes setup easy and takes seconds. More information can be found here.

The model features a carbon fiber chassis with optional wheel covers and a large cabin cover for easy access to the battery compartment. The two-piece wing is installed on a carbon fiber pole and secured with a special locking mechanism, without the use of tools, making it easy to store and transport. The elevator and rudder are not glued in for easy replacement in case of damage. In addition, you can install the included optional side wing lift generators (SFG) for even better aerobatic capabilities.

Skill Level 2 – Requires some experience

Skill level 2 aircraft like this model are suitable for RC pilots who already have some experience and skills in assembling, setting up and/or flying similar class models. Before flying the Eratix 3D SWS 1.6m (64”) BNF version, you should have experience with models such as the Eratix 3D FF (Flat Foamy) 860mm, Sportix 1.1m, Timber X 1.2m, Extra 330 SC 3D 1.3m, etc.
