The specific operating conditions of receiver and transmitter batteries require a special type of LiPo cells - no high current carrying capacity is required, but low self-discharge and resistance to irregular discharge and "long stay" in fully or partially charged state. We are pleased to present a special range of Lipo batteries optimized for power supply of transmitters and on-board RC equipment with a load capacity of 5 / 10C and a maximum charging current of 1C.
Do not charge KAVAN Tx / Rx batteries with a current greater than 1C, for normal operation we recommend using currents in the range of 0.5-1C. We recommend using a balancer each time you charge. KAVAN Tx / Rx batteries do not require initial molding, but we recommend that the current does not exceed 0.5C for the first three charging cycles. There is no need to discharge them before charging - for example, you can safely charge 50% discharged batteries.
The set is supplied in a "Tx Pack" version specially designed to power Hitec AURORA 9 and AURORA 9X transmitters. It is equipped with silicone power cables with a Mini-T connector for charging, to which an adapter terminated with a Hitec connector for transmitter batteries is connected. It is not necessary to disconnect the original Hitec connector from the transmitter for charging - simply disconnect the Mini-T connector and charge. The service connector is a standard type of JST-XH system.
