    GTS Tuning GTS with Teflon (PTFE) insert and titanium nitride (TiN) coated piston rings designed for Traxxas TRX-4 RC model chassis.

    TiN titanium nitride coating

    Titanium nitride (TiN) coating has a high hardness and scratch resistance . The coated parts have a golden-green color. The TiN coating is most commonly used for highly exposed parts, such as the piston rod of the silencer.

    Teflon PTFE coating

    Thin Teflon (PTFE) layer significantly reduces friction and wear of parts . Thanks to this, the friction surfaces will have a longer service life and will give less resistance when moving.
