Characteristics
Exciting 1:8 scale Arrma Infraction 3S RC car model. The concept of the Street Bash model is suitable for flat surfaces such as asphalt, gravel or low-cut grass. Thanks to the AC motor, the model is incredibly agile, it accelerates in a flash and reaches a speed of up to 80 km/h. Top performance is complemented by aggressive bodywork and graffiti-style paintwork.
The proven Arrma 4x4 platform features a strong composite chassis with extended sidewall height to protect against dirt, independent suspension, oil shock absorbers with silicone O-rings, metal gears and other thoughtful design features. ARRMA®'s popular easy-access modular design ensures simple maintenance with separate, easily removable modules such as the power system, electronics and differentials.
Not only speed but also controllability is the currency of the model, which is why it is equipped with a tunable wing with high pressure, which helps to keep the dBoots® Hoons™ Elevens universal tires stuck to the surface. The tires are affixed to durable nylon wheels in red and provide incredible grip for quick acceleration and effective braking. In addition, the rear wing has a shape that reduces turbulence and air resistance.
The model is equipped with the latest Spektrum Smart electronics with telemetry support and exclusive AVC ride stabilization, which will allow you to drive more easily even at high speeds and on uneven surfaces. The intensity of the stabilization is easily adjustable, while you can find the ideal ratio for you. When using a Spektrum Smart battery, the transmitter will display the model's battery charge status.
SOLID COMPOSITE CHASSIS
Features that contribute to the high performance of the 4X4 3S BLX platform include a strong and rigid composite chassis, power-saver steering, steel gears and rubber-covered bearings. Sidewalls with extended height limit the amount of dirt that can enter the chassis pan. Large front foam bumper integrated on the body for maximum protection.
EASILY ACCESSIBLE MODULAR SYSTEM
The Arrma Infraction 3S features the distinctive and easily accessible modular concept of ARRMA®. Separate, easily removable chassis modules for the power system, electronics and differential components allow for quick and simple routine maintenance.
WHEELS AND TIRES
The dBoots® Hoons Elevens all-purpose tires are made of high-quality rubber for long-lasting durability and provide incredible traction on all surfaces. The tires are glued to durable nylon discs. They contain high-quality insoles for excellent tread support.
AERODYNAMIC BODY
The aerodynamically tuned body of the Infraction includes a rigid wing with high downforce. The aggressive appearance of the body has great, expressive graphics.
SPECTRUM™ TRANSMITTER AND ELECTRONICS
The model is controlled by a 3-channel Spektrum™ DX3 DSMR® transmitter and an installed SR6200 receiver with optional AVC® traction control. The installed Spektrum™ Firma™ 100A Smart controller provides telemetry data such as real-time battery voltage.
OIL FILLED SHOCK ABSORBERS
The oil shock absorbers contain silicone O-rings and are equipped with a thread that allows easy adjustment of the ground clearance, respectively the preload of the springs. Combined with front and rear double wishbone suspension, front and rear transverse stabilizers and a large rear wing, the model offers perfect handling.

AC regulator SPEKTRUM™ FIRMA™ 100A SMART 2S-3S
The control of the model is provided by a modern SPEKTRUM™ FIRMA™ 100A SMART controller with a 32-bit ARM Cortex M4 microcontroller, which is able to capture complete telemetry and transmit it to the receiver using an integrated wire in the new IC5 connector. Data is transmitted via the SRXL2 protocol. The controller reads information about the type, temperature and voltage of the battery cells directly from the Smart battery. Current, temperature, total Smart battery voltage, Smart battery cell voltage, Smart battery temperature, remaining capacity and engine speed are available in real time.
The electronics are completely encased in a special potting material that prevents moisture* or dirt from entering the electronics. The regulator is switched on and adjusted with the buttons that are under the rubber cover.

SR6200A receiver

AVC (Active Vehicle Control) technology
AVC technology is an advanced Spektrum technology from Horizon Hobby, for RC model cars. This stabilization system brings a whole new way of driving RC cars. AVC technology uses sensors for steering correction and throttle at the same time. Thanks to appropriate interventions in the steering and engine performance, the result is a smoother ride, stable behavior on the level and in corners, and a safer track. It goes without saying that the sensitivity of the steering can be changed, including the possibility of turning it off, leaving everything in the hands of the driver.
New IC5 connectors
The new IC5 connectors have a modern design with an emphasis on safety and simplicity. The contacts are made of gold-plated pins and sockets with a diameter of 5 mm.
As already mentioned, the connectors have been designed with an emphasis on safety and ease of use. The connectors cannot be reversed, the contacts and soldered joints are covered with a plastic cover. The IC5 connector is backward compatible with the EC5.

To put the model into operation, you need to purchase 4x AA batteries for the transmitter, a drive battery and an adequate charger for the drive battery.
Recommended LiPo batteries
The model can be operated on a 2- to 3-cell LiPo battery. The accumulator should be fitted with an EC5 or IC5 connector. For normal driving, we recommend a 2-cell LiPo battery (7.4 V).
For regular riding, Spektrum 7.4 V 5000 mAh LiPo battery with Smart technology or Spektrum G2 7.4 V 5000 mAh with Smart G2 technology.
For high speed LiPo battery Black Magic LiPo 11.1 V 5000 mAh.
For the maximum possible LiPo speed, the Spektrum LiPo 11.1 V 5000 mAh battery with Smart technology, or the Spektrum G2 LiPo 11.1 V 5000 mAh with Smart G2 technology.
Spektrum batteries with Smart technology currently represent the most modern and safest way to maintain and charge batteries. The benefits of Spektrum Smart technology can be found here.
Smart G2 batteries are even simpler and safer, thanks to the absence of a balance connector. In addition, G2 batteries have up to 3x faster automatic discharge into storage mode. Smart G2 batteries can only be charged on Spektrum Smart and Smart G2 chargers.
Recommended NiMH batteries
NiMH batteries do not require precise handling and are therefore suitable if the RC model car is operated by children (NiMH batteries are not destroyed by complete discharge). However, NiMH batteries do not have such performance.
Recommended chargers for conventional and Smart batteries
Spektrum Smart chargers can charge both Smart and Smart G2 batteries as well as conventional batteries. Previously sold Smart chargers, once updated, also support Smart G2.

Accessories for normal operation
For the normal operation of the RC car, you need tire glue, screw glue, a tool kit and silicone shock oil. We recommend an affordable tool kit for RC cars from our range.
Tire glue is used to glue the tires to the disc rim. It is always necessary that the tire is firmly stuck to the wheel rim all the way around! If the tire is not glued all the way around, it may tear. Tire glue has a special composition that is able to glue materials such as rubber or nylon, and at the same time, after hardening, the glue is flexible. We recommend Robitronic Tire Glue from our offer - see recommended accessories.
Sometimes it is necessary to add silicone oil to the shock absorbers of the model and change the oil in the differentials. During normal operation, there are only slight leaks of silicone oil on the piston rods of the shock absorber. In the event that the surface of the damper pistons or the condition of the seals is in poor condition, the oil leakage may be large. Repair kits or individual parts are supplied for these cases. From our range of silicone oils, we recommend TLR (Team Losi Racing) silicone oils, see recommended accessories.
Screw glue is needed for routine maintenance. Screws screwed into the metal material (e.g. screws in the motor, set screw in the pinion) must be secured against loosening with this glue.
Protective covers for accumulators
Protective packaging is intended to limit the risk associated with the transport and charging of accumulators. LiPo accumulators, while maintaining small dimensions and low weight, can provide high discharge currents and have a large capacity for a long driving time. On the contrary, the LiPo battery is especially susceptible to mechanical damage.
