TC body Hellcat 190 mm
The Hellcat body for 190 mm touring cars is the fourth and so far last body in ZooRacing touring cars. The goal was to create a more efficient body with advanced aerodynamics that allows for aggressive cornering while keeping the rear read as nailed. This has been achieved by using a long front bonnet that sits 10 mm further forward, while the outer circular line - when viewed from above - provides a smoother transition when changing direction, as air flows smoothly and continuously through the front bonnet, fenders and grille.
In addition to the bonnet, the windscreen and cab also sit 10 mm further forward, with the entire section in the shape of a drop for maximum grip and stability thanks to optimized airflow to the rear wing. Smooth transitions from the bonnet through the cab towards the rear cover ensure optimized aerodynamic efficiency, and therefore less turbulence and drag, leading to the same front-to-rear balance at low and high speeds. The low-profile part of the trunk with a slightly bent trunk lid further improves the downforce, as well as the curved shape, which optimizes aerodynamics in combination with the enclosed curved rear wing. The tuned shape of the wing - it is curved in two dimensions, bends up and back - increases its total area for maximum traction at the rear. As usual, the body is equipped with several trick anti-slip elements, such as structured side sills, which contribute to the overall aerodynamics and appearance and at the same time significantly prevent the body from being pulled in without the need for additional reinforcements.
Other hot features include large wheel arches that allow the body to be positioned up to 4 mm at the front to increase steering response or up to 4 mm at the rear to increase rear stability - for a total of 8 mm. All this can be done without having to worry about tire wear or unsightly cut wheel holes. The body, designed using the latest CAD techniques, also includes a 100mm grille for rear body mounting, ensuring highly accurate body positioning and mounting. < / p>
The Hellcat 190 mm body is made of high-quality polycarbonate and is available in two thicknesses: a lightweight 0.5 mm variant that will weigh 55 g when cut, including the sash, while the standard 0.7 mm thickness comes out when cut to 83 g including the wing - which means that the second version easily fits into the 90g rules for the ETS Cup.
The package also includes revolutionary two-stage window masks, which ensure Pro-quality window frames. In the first step, all windows are masked using the masks of Step 1. After painting the body, the masks will be removed and replaced with slightly smaller masks Step 2, which will leave the window frames exposed and ready to be painted with your favorite color. The result is highly accurate without the need to pre-cut or cut window masks in the body, ensuring greater satisfaction and less chance of creating predetermined breaking points. The body package is finished with high-quality hardware for fixing the wings and a detailed label, including the grille, headlights and taillights.
