With this switch module it is possible to control the power of the element directly by the receiver control channel. The receiver's output / channel must be programmed to ON / OFF. (This function is also available for receivers with V7.XX software, GR-18 + 3xG + 3A + Vario (# 33579), GR-24PRO (# 33583) with Airplane / Helicopter software can be used with MZ-32 = 2.04)
A switch or switch (MC-16 to MC-28 or MX-12 to MX-20, MZ-18 and MZ-24) can be assigned to the switching channel.
Digital ON / OFF and FLASHING switches can also be programmed on the touch screen for the MZ-32 and MC-32 (version 2019).
With the jumper it is possible to distinguish between power supply via the receiver power supply (with jumper) or external power supply (jumper pulled out). For external power supply via X3 / X4, the jumper must be plugged in, otherwise the receiver, components connected to the receiver and switch module will be damaged!
The unit (motor, LED, bulb, etc.) is connected to X1 / X2. No wires / cables are soldered to the board, so there is a possibility of different conductor cross-sections and types of termination connectors.
You can attach the module to the model with double-sided adhesive tape or cable ties. During assembly, the switching module board must not be deformed and its underside must not touch any other components (risk of short circuit).
The supplied shrink tubing should be tightly above the plate after the conductors on the X1-X4 and shrinked by the hot air gun to separate the conductors and their conductive parts from each other. Output wire lengths and thicknesses can be used for X1-X4 depending on where the unit is located and what current is being switched.
