The MAX-12TG motor series for 1/10 touring cars is a long-time selling OS model that has been loved by many users. The long-selling engine, which supports a wide range of people from beginners to intermediate riders and veteran touring car racers, has now been updated with various parts and is now available as the MAX-12TG Ver.V (Version Five).

Pay attention to "Ver.V"!

This "MAX-12TG Ver.V" is the fifth generation of the "MAX-12TG" which was developed with the motto "Just the right power". Keeping track of user requests and operating system trends, we've strived for ease of use and better performance with each generation, and this engine is now in its fifth generation. This time, the "MAX-12TG Ver.V" has been improved in various parts to show excellent performance even in regulated racing scenes.

The first major change in appearance is the addition of a single cooling fin to the bottom of the outer head. This improves engine cooling performance and enables stable performance. Also, by increasing the lightened openings in the fins, the increase in weight due to the addition of one rib is reduced. In addition, the head has a new design, which makes you realize that it is "Ver.V".

Another point that cannot be overlooked is the improved idle performance thanks to changes in crankshaft timing and an improved carburettor. Furthermore, the shape of the combustion chamber in the inner head has been changed to improve combustion efficiency and increase torque in the mid-rpm range. The engine has evolved into an engine that combines ease of driving and power.

Every part has been brushed to improve overall performance. It has been developed to provide sufficient performance even for racing use.

The engine is an officially approved engine for the KYOSHO Racing Cup and JMRCA races
