KAVAN PRO motors are high-performance brushless fourteen-pole electric motors with a rotating casing ("outrunner") with excellent electrical properties, sophisticated construction and top-quality manufacturing. Shafts made of hardened steel and high-quality bearings ensure a long service life, quality materials used for the manufacture of the stator and rotor also guarantee excellent performance parameters with high efficiency. They are low-speed, high-torque engines that handle large-diameter propellers and climbs without the need for a gearbox.

CAVAN FOR 2225-1600
The KAVAN PRO 2225-1600 is a miniature AC motor with a small diameter designed to drive small models with a flight weight of up to 450 g, powered by a two-cell to three-cell LiPo battery. The engine was specially developed to drive two-meter RES motor gliders with a slim hull, such as the KAVAN MIRAI or MIRAI V. With its help, you can also successfully "electrify" e.g. large inflatables from Guillow's or Dumas kits with a span of approx. 800-1200 mm, it is excellent also for park-flyers Dumas.
Motor Mounting: The KAVAN PRO 2225-1600 is designed for front mounting only. Use at least two (opposite) or four M2.5 screws that extend 3-4mm into the front of the motor. The engine bulkhead should be 2mm aircraft grade plywood.
