Top programmable microprocessor controller with water cooling for brushless, sensorless AC motors, designed using the latest semiconductor technology with excellent performance and extensive programming and adjustment options for racing and recreational use. It is used to control the speed of AC electric motors in racing speedboats of the Mini Mono, Mini ECO, Mini Hydro classes when powered by LiPo batteries. It is designed with a high long-term load capacity and durability, which is required in competition models at minimal weight. Installation and use are greatly facilitated by thorough protection against water penetration and water cooling. It is equipped with a powerful switched-mode SBEC power stabilizer with an optional output voltage providing power to the receiver and servos from the drive battery. The controller is programmed using the LED programming box, LCD programming box G2 or PRO, or with the OTA Bluetooth module in the HW LINK mobile application.

DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONS OF THE REGULATOR

• The controller is housed in a waterproof and dustproof box (meets the IP67 standard), which means that the controller can be immersed in water during operation and the user can use it directly without the need for any preliminary measures.
• The regulator is equipped with water cooling.
• Suitable for the vast majority of marine brushless sensorless motors powered by 2-4S LiPo batteries.
• For speedboats of the Mini Mono, Mini ECO, Mini Hydro competition classes.
• Built-in powerful switching BEC power stabilizer with switchable voltage of 6.0/7.4/8.4 V and load capacity of up to 5 A for reliable power supply of strong and fast classic and high-voltage (HV) servos.
• Advanced software specially developed for racing RC boats with excellent starting and acceleration characteristics and a number of programmable functions with the ability to adjust Turbo timing (0-30°) while driving for a brutal increase in performance.

• Operating mode: One-way - for speedboats and racing. Bi-directional mode also allows reverse and is suitable for scale models and recreational/sports riding.
• Max Power Reverse: Determines the power available for reverse.
• Number of LiPo cells: You can choose to automatically detect the number of cells or set the number of cells manually for 100% reliable voltage protection function.
• Voltage protection in case of a drop in supply voltage: You can choose the "no protection" mode or values of 2.8 to 3.5 V/cell.
• BEC Voltage: Selectable 6.0V for normal servos or 7.4V/8.4V for "high voltage" servos (HV).
• Motor rotation direction: Determines the motor rotation direction
• Start-up: You can choose from a very soft initial start-up (Level 1) to a very aggressive initial acceleration (Level 7).
• Initial gas value: Sets the initial throttle value for fast and smooth acceleration at start-up.
• Switching frequency: Allows you to set the switching frequency for driving, affecting the aggressiveness and smoothness of acceleration at different speeds
• Idle: Affects the rate at which engine speed drops when the throttle is released.
• Timing: Adjustable 0.0° to 30°
• Turbo timing: Increases engine power, turns on/off while driving using a special channel on the transmitter.
• Turbo Timing Acquisition Rate: Sets the rate at which the timing increases after Turbo Timing is enabled.

• Protection against supply voltage drop: If the drive battery voltage drops below the set threshold, the motor power is limited to 50%.
• Controller thermal protection: If the controller temperature exceeds the factory set value, the controller will limit the motor power to 50%. Full power will be restored after the controller temperature drops.
• Loss of throttle signal: The controller will shut down the engine if the throttle control signal from the receiver is missing for 0.1 s. Once a normal signal is received, the controller will resume normal operation.
