Top programmable microprocessor controller with water cooling for brushless, sensorless AC motors, designed using the latest semiconductor technology with excellent performance and extensive programming and adjustment options for racing and recreational use. It is used to control the speed of AC electric motors in speedboats and smaller models when powered by LiPo batteries. It is designed with a high long-term load capacity and durability, which is required in competition models at minimal weight. Installation and use are greatly facilitated by thorough protection against water penetration and water cooling. It is equipped with a powerful switched-mode SBEC power stabilizer with a selectable output voltage providing power to the receiver and servos from the drive battery. The controller is programmed using the LED programming box, the LCD programming box G2 or PRO, or with the OTA Bluetooth module in the HW LINK mobile application.

DESCRIPTION AND FUNCTIONS OF THE REGULATOR

• The controller is housed in a waterproof and dustproof box (meets the IP67 standard), which means that the controller can be immersed in water during operation and the user can use it directly without the need for any preliminary measures.
• The controller is equipped with a profile radiator and water cooling.
• Suitable for the vast majority of marine brushless sensorless motors powered by 2-3 LiPo batteries.
• For speedboats up to approx. 450 mm in length.
• Built-in powerful switching BEC power stabilizer with switchable voltage of 6.0/7.4 V and load capacity of up to 1.5 A for reliable power supply of classic and high-voltage servos (HV).
• Advanced software specially developed for RC boats with excellent start-up and acceleration characteristics and a number of programmable functions with the possibility of fine-tuning the programmed parameters while driving using an additional channel on the transmitter.
• Two operating modes: Unidirectional and bidirectional for various applications – speedboats and models.
• 9 adjustable timing values guaranteeing compatibility with most sensorless AC motors.
• A number of protection functions: protection against supply voltage drop, thermal protection of the controller, protection against loss of control signal specially adapted for RC boats.

• Operating mode: One-way - for speedboats and racing. Bi-directional mode also allows reverse and is suitable for scale models and recreational/sports riding.
• Max Power Reverse: Determines the power available for reverse.
• Number of LiPo cells: You can choose to automatically detect the number of cells or set the number of cells manually for 100% reliable voltage protection function.
• Voltage protection in case of a drop in supply voltage: You can choose the "no protection" mode or values of 2.6 to 3.6 V/cell.
• BEC Voltage: Selectable 6.0V for normal servos or 7.4V for "high voltage" servos (HV).
• Start-up: You can choose from a very soft initial start-up (Level 1) to a very aggressive initial acceleration (Level 7).
• Motor rotation direction: Determines the motor rotation direction
• Freewheel: It affects the speed at which the engine speed drops when the throttle is released.
• Resistance brake: Adjustable brake intensity when the throttle is in neutral (0-100%)
• Timing: Adjustable 10.0° to 30°
• AUX Channel Function: Determines which function will be adjustable while driving using the additional AUX channel on the transmitter (with an assigned switch, rotary knob, or other control).

• Power supply voltage drop protection: If the drive battery voltage drops below a set threshold, the engine is shut down. After pulling the throttle control to neutral and applying the throttle again, the engine power is reduced to 50%. After 5 seconds, the engine is shut down again and then the reduced power/shutdown cycle is repeated.
• Controller thermal protection: If the controller temperature exceeds the factory set value, the controller will limit the motor power to 50%. Full power will be restored after the controller temperature drops.
• Condenser thermal protection: If the filter condenser temperature exceeds the factory set value, the controller will limit the motor power to 50%. Full power will be restored after the condenser temperature drops.
• Overcurrent protection: When the maximum allowed current of the controller is exceeded, the engine is shut down; normal function is automatically restored when the throttle control is pulled to the neutral/zero position.
• Loss of throttle signal: The controller will shut down the engine if the throttle control signal from the receiver is missing for 0.1 s. Once a normal signal is received, the controller will resume normal operation.
