    Characteristics

    Now Traxxas LED lighting is even more realistic with the new advanced lighting control system Pro Scale. The Pro Scale system allows you to control individual lights. The lights work like a real car. The Pro Scale set is intended for all expedition RC models of Traxxas TRX-4 and TRX-6 cars .

    The set contains electronics that control the lighting. To install on the TRX model, it is necessary to purchase an installation kit and LED lighting for a specific model. Installation is simple, you just plug everything in, there is no need to solder anything! A clear wiring diagram in the manual will guide you through the installation. Instructions for installation on a specific model can be found in the support section.

    With this set you will bring your expedition model to perfection. For TRX models with the RC TQi kit, the lighting can also be controlled remotely. Just add a Bluetooth module (sold separately) to the transmitter and install the free Traxxas Link application. In your phone in a clear graphic application, you can control individual lights remotely, change the mode, activate warning lights, etc. The lighting set can also be installed on TRX models with RC kit TQ, here the lighting is controlled directly by buttons on the control module.

    Lighting modes

    The control unit contains 3 lighting modes, which can be switched with the Mode button. The Signal button can also be used to switch on the hazard warning lights and, if necessary, deactivate the turn signals.

    Lighting modes:

    • Daytime running lights: the headlights are switched off (brake and reversing lights work)
    • Low intensity: Headlights are dimmed (other lights are functional)
    • High intensity: Headlights are fully lit (other lights are functional)

    Direction indicators (Signal):

    • Turn signals: off / on
    • Hazard warning lights: off / on

    Functional reversing and brake lights

    This original set has features you won't find anywhere else! The brake and reversing lights work exactly as they should. This means that, for example, only the front lights are on during braking and not the reversing lights. Intelligent electronics, together with the motor sensor, enable these authentic functions.

    Direction and warning lights

    The turn signal lights flash when turning to a specific side, after returning to the center the turn signal stops flashing. For example, if it performs an expedition exit and the function of the turn signals is not desirable, you can easily deactivate them.

    Let your colleagues know about you and activate warning lights if necessary.

    Control via the Traxxas Link application

    If you install the LED module in the TRX model with the TQi RC kit (G500, G63, Blazer, Defender, Bronco, ...) and add a Bluetooth module to the transmitter, you can control the lighting remotely, switch on individual lighting parts or change the headlight intensity proportionally. All this in the clear graphic application Traxxas Link, which you can install on your smartphone free of charge.

    A phone holder is available for mounting on the transmitter.
