The package contains a complete set of LED lighting for the RC model car Traxxas Land Rover Defender TRX-4. The set includes a roof light, fender backlight, front and rear lights, power supply module, connecting cables, distribution module, mounting accessories (screws, cable ties), pictorial instructions for use.

Characteristics

A complete set of LED lighting designed for the RC model car Traxxas TRX-4 Land Rover Defender 1:10. The set contains everything you need. The set is directly made for the Defender body, the electronics are waterproof .

Installation

1. The set can be installed separately - all lights will be on permanently (the roof rail has two intensities that can be changed using a switch on the back of the rail).
2. The set can be connected in combination with the Pro Scale set (sold separately) - you get full-fledged headlight behavior as in a real car - functional brake and reversing lights, functional turn signals and warning lights, adjustable headlight intensity. If you add a Bluetooth module (sold separately), you can also control the lighting remotely, switch on individual parts of the lighting, or change the intensity of the headlights proportionally. All this in the clear graphic application Traxxas Link, which you can install on your smartphone free of charge.

Roof LED lighting

LED roof lighting is easily installed on a protective roof frame. The only modification is to create a small hole in the body for the cables to pass through. There is a small switch on the bar with which you can choose the intensity of the LED lighting. You can also install this LED roof light on other models, attaching it to the body is very easy.

Individual parts can be purchased under order numbers TRA8029 and TRA8025.

Front and rear lights

Unique plastic moldings with high-brightness LEDs give the Defender the right look when driving at night or at dusk.

Lower fender backlight

You can also achieve a great look by backlit the fenders. Each fender is backlit with 2 lights, for a total of 8 lights.

Power supply module

To ensure a stable power supply for the LED lights, Traxxas has created a special module for powering the LED lights. The module provides a stabilized voltage for LED lighting. The supply voltage of the module can be up to 14 V (3 LiPo cells). The advantage is also that if there is a short circuit in the LED lighting (eg in the event of an impact), then the function of the receiver will not be affected.

The power supply module is part of the TRA8028 and TRA8029 kits.
