RGT CHALLENGER

Challenger is focused on overcoming obstacles. It brings gantry axles, a two-speed gearbox with reverse rotation, free switching between drive to the front or all wheels with the DIG system and increased speed of the front wheels (overdrive) by 6.6%.

The engine and two-speed servo-controlled transmission are located at the front to improve front wheel traction and increase the angle of climb. Gearing has been tuned for perfect control at low speeds and surprisingly high speed when upshifted.

Another servo is dedicated to switching between all-wheel drive, front-wheel drive and the DIG function, bringing more options and capabilities when traversing difficult terrain.

The central gearbox contains a set of reverse gears so that the axle drive shafts rotate in the opposite direction. Thanks to this, the torque-twist is limited and the overall balance of the model is improved.

The axles have a ported structure for further transmission and increased ground clearance. Thanks to the CVD semi-axes, the maximum turning angle is up to 42 degrees.

The body has the shape of a truck in retro styling with two sections and transparent windows. It is equipped with a built-in winch with a free pull function, a spare wheel and an LED light system. In addition, there are a number of plastic accessories such as the rear frame, radiator grille, rear-view mirrors and the like. Opening is handled by a hinged hinge for easy access to the battery.
