Portal axles for maximum ground clearance

The model has new Currie F9 gantry axles, which increase ground clearance while providing an excellent 7.39: 1 gear ratio. The housing has ball bearings and metal gears.

Hypoid gearing

Hypoid gearing was used to drive the differential, which is the most efficient in terms of power transmission, has low rolling resistance and a long service life. It is stored in high-quality ball bearings.

Drive up to 45 °

The front drive shafts with cardans have the option of turning the steering wheel by up to 45 °. The drive parts are made of hardened steel, so they can withstand extreme loads and safe and smooth driving in every situation.

Front and rear drive shafts

The WB8 HD Wildboar front and rear drive shafts have a larger diameter cardan shaft pin (2x11 mm) and an M4 shaft screw (2 mm hexagon drive) for greater force. Between both sides of the splined shaft is a central splined slider, which reduces friction and increases service life.

Rods made of 6 mm stainless steel tubes

4-point axle suspension is ensured by rods made of 6 mm stainless steel tubes with robust plastic ends for mounting ball joints.

Stainless steel ball joints

All pivot points are mounted on stainless steel ball joints, which provide a durable suspension with low wear.

Specially shaped chassis

The Capra has a specially shaped chassis that allows it to slide smoothly to the side when in contact with the terrain and not get caught in an obstacle.

Steering rods made of 6 mm stainless steel tubes

Rigid and precise steering is ensured by rods made of 6 mm stainless steel tubes with robust plastic ends for ball joints.

Aluminum shock absorbers with long stroke

The oil dampers have a new design with anodized, threaded bodies and one spring. Extra large piston diameter means better and more accurate damper function. The vent screw helps to remove air when pressed quickly. The dampers are adjustable, so you can adjust the optimum damping rate (by changing the oil viscosity).

4-point axle suspension

The rigid front and rear axles are highly pivoting, thanks to a 4-point mounting on ball joint rods and thanks to high-stroke shock absorbers. The axles have great freedom of rocking and therefore the car will pass through seemingly impassable terrain.

3-piece discs Beadlock A1.9

For the most realistic look, Capra has officially licensed 3-piece beadlock Raceline Monster discs.

Cockpit with riders

The realism of the model is enhanced by the complete cockpit with crew: polycarbonate cockpit with rider figures, colorful stickers with carbon fiber imitation panels, GPS navigation, dashboard and switches, two black styrene helmets with visor labels and more!

Front mask with headlights

The molded plastic front grille has two clear plastic headlight lenses with light parabolas. Behind the grille under the hood are two body brackets. Remove the clips, there is access to the battery compartment under the hood.

Battery tray

The battery compartment is mounted at the front under the hood. The size of the magazine has a maximum size of 26x98x47mm.

Body clips

Remove the clips hidden on the underside of the frame, and lift the hood to gain access to the battery compartment.

Servo lever with insert

The steering servo lever has a pressed metal insert with a 23T thousand (Spektrum, JR) for long life.

Installed engine 540 35T

The engine has a balanced power-to-torque ratio with respect to the selected gear ratio of all gears. Above-limit torque is transmitted to the wheels, which the model easily gets even on the steepest slope.

RC kit Spektrum ™ STX3

The 3-channel RC Spectrum STX300 steering set operates in the 2.4 GHz band. The transmitter is equipped with an integrated antenna, simple and quick setup. Reverse settings, endpoints, neutral. You can also set a gas limit of 50%, 75% and 100%. The third channel supports up to 4 modes.

Spektrum ™ SRX300 receiver

The Spektrum SRX300 RC receiver is compatible with the Spektrum FHSS protocol. The electronics in the receiver are protected by a layer of special varnish against moisture or dirt. It has an extra long antenna cable for easy and efficient antenna placement.

Dynamite AE-5L controller

The DC waterproof programmable Dynamite® controller has the option of setting the cut-out voltage for LiPol batteries using a simple jumper and brake settings. Power supply 2 to 3 LiPo cells or 5 to 9 NiMH cells. Dual LED outputs for headlights / tail lights are available. The IC3 ™ connector is compatible with the EC3 connector.

Digital servo control with metal gears

Waterproof digital servo with metal gears Spektrum S614 has a torque of 15 kg.cm and a metal body for better heat dissipation. The servo is mounted on the axle for precise transmission of the steering rods.

Car lighting

The LED light bar mounted on the upper side of the body helps to illuminate the road during your late night rides. LED light bar and two front LED lights are included.

Recommended battery

The battery box is designed for "short" LiPo batteries with a length of 96 mm. Due to the method of installation, we recommend a battery with already laid cables in the corner Dynamite LiPo Reaction2 7.4V 4000mAh 50C 96mm EC3. Batteries equipped with sockets would require bed adjustment, so we do not recommend them for this reason!

Recommended chargers

We recommend using universal chargers with a power of at least 50 W to charge the battery.

Shipping bag

Carry the RC model comfortably and safely in a Robitronic carrying bag. The bag is airtight and has an elastic edge that can be adjusted to the model. Thanks to the Velcro strap, the model is easy to carry. The synthetic material can be easily cleaned with water or soap suds if required.

Model lighting

For a breathtaking appearance, we recommend equipping the model with LED lighting. If the model already contains basic lighting, you can expand, improve or modify it according to your own needs.

Accessories for normal operation

For normal operation of the Axial RC car, you need tire glue, bolt glue, a tool kit and silicone shock absorber oil. From our range we recommend an affordable set of tools for RC cars.

The tire glue adheres the tires to the rim of the disc. It is always necessary that the tire is firmly glued to the wheel rim around the entire circumference! If the tire is not stuck around the entire circumference, it may rupture. The tire adhesive has a special composition that is able to bond materials such as rubber or nylon, and at the same time the adhesive is flexible after hardening. We recommend Robitronic Tire Glue from our offer.

Sometimes it is necessary to add silicone oil to the model's shock absorbers and change the oil in the differentials. During normal operation, there is only a slight leakage of silicone oil along the shock absorber piston rods. If the damper piston rod surface or seal condition is in poor condition, the oil leak may be large. Repair kits or individual parts are supplied for these cases.

Screw glue is required for routine maintenance. Screws screwed into the metal material (eg screws in the motor, pin in the pinion) must be secured against loosening with this adhesive.

Protective covers for batteries

Protective covers are designed to reduce the risk associated with transporting and charging batteries. LiPo batteries can, while maintaining small dimensions and low weight, provide high discharge currents and have a large capacity for long travel times. On the contrary, the LiPo battery is prone to mechanical damage.
