The original Porsche 911 was a sports car. It was manufactured by Porsche. It was presented at the domestic German motor show in Frankfurt. It was much stronger, bigger, more comfortable than its predecessor, the Porsche 356. The car was originally designated 901 according to the number series of the car company's projects, but due to a conflict with the Peugeot company, the number was soon changed to 911.

The 1967 Porsche 911 was sold with 2.0 L - 3.3 L engines, all of which were flats.
