The Renault 5 Turbo or R5 Turbo is a high-performance hatchback derived from the small Renault 5 car produced by Renault from 1980 to 1985. In January 1980, Renault presented it at the Brussels Motor Show. The car was designed for rallying but was also sold in cruise form in a total of 3,576 units during four years of production.

Although the standard Renault 5 had an engine located in the front, the 5 Turbo had a Cleon turbocharged engine located in the middle behind the front seats in the modified Renault 5 chassis. It had a rear-wheel drive and at the time of its launch it was the most powerful French car production.
