With the development of the electric version of the MP10 TKI2 and the release of the MP10e model in 2020, the popularity of 1/8 EP buggy racing has skyrocketed and so has the number and level of competitors. To maintain a racing edge, the most competitive elements of the MP10 TKI2 GP have been incorporated into the evolved form of the MP10e TKI2.

    The most obvious change is the new body, which thanks to aerodynamics, increases cornering in the middle range of speeds.

    Longer suspension travel with updated oil dampers and springs delivers better surface tracking performance. In addition, the EP model neatly organizes wiring to prevent interference with drive components. Improved performance and reliability equip the Inferno MP10e TKI2 with everything you need to win races.

    Although based on the MP10e model, the revised suspension parts and gear ratio meet the requirements of modern competitions. The wire holder also prevents problems arising from wire interference.

    Damping springs newly developed for the 2022 1/8 GP Buggy World Championship have been incorporated into the MP10e TKI2 EP to improve stability over bumps on the track.

    The shocks' tapered pistons change the shape of the damping on contraction and extension for precise vibration response, while slow return on long stroke minimizes wobbly action.

    A newly designed motor wire holder secures the wires connecting the ESC to the motor and prevents the wires from interfering with the drive system.

    The MP10e TKI2 features a sensor cable holder that neatly organizes AC motor sensor wires for clean organization and to prevent wire interference in the drive system.

    The new engine mount effectively suppresses engine-undercarriage contact shock during harder landings and minimizes denting of the engine housing.

    In keeping with the current trend for 1/8 EP buggies, where the weight of the battery is spread over the left and right sides of the chassis, the motor is also positioned towards the front to move the center of gravity forward and improve handling.

    The kit features a 15T pinion with a lightweight 46T spur gear that was previously only available as an option. A change in gear ratio and a small-diameter differential increase straight-line speed.
