The Curtis Pitts S-1 has a long history, the construction dates from 1944 and first took off in 1945! The control unit contains a Spektrum ™ receiver, which provides real-time flight battery voltage telemetry in flight to compatible transmitters equipped with Spektrum AirWare and an AC regulator. the model is suitable for advanced pilots. The model is completely assembled, everything is ready to fly. It has a removable cover for access to the battery, ready-made paint and installed electronics.
The acrobatic RC micro model Pitts S-1S is equipped with exclusive Spektrum technolog technologies. The AS3X® function keeps the model in direct flight and eliminates the effect of turbulence. The optional SAFE® Select function makes it more stable and accessible for less experienced pilots. The optional use of SAFE Select offers tilt and tilt limits along with automatic self-leveling, which can be turned on and off by turning the switch.
The UMX® Pitts® S-1S is equipped with a control unit that includes a Spektrum® controller and receiver that provides real-time flight battery voltage telemetry to compatible Spektrum AirWare® transmitters (including DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2 / G3 and 8 G2, DX9 , NX6, 8 and 10, iX12, iX20 and others) during the flight.

The EPS construction is extremely light and durable. In the event of a collision, if you damage any parts of the aircraft airframe and are unable to repair them, a number of spare parts are available.
The installed AC drive is now compatible with LiPol 2S and 3S. Install 2S 280mAh battery for standard performance or use 3S 300mAh battery for higher speed and unlimited vertical performance.
The model has all SPMSA2030L linear servos installed. You need min. 5+ channel Spektrum DSM2 / DSMX aircraft transmitter that you pair with the model receiver. It is necessary to add a LiPol battery 2S - 3S and a charger.
The micro Pitts S-1S has a faithful appearance with a finished color, which underlines the hooded chassis with wheels.

For normal operation of flying RC models, you need suitable adhesives, a set of tools and a case for storing LiPol batteries. From our range we recommend a quality set of Allen screwdrivers 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0mm and Modelcraft Phillips screwdrivers (set of 6). The Modelcraft mini pliers in a case (set) and a Modelcraft cutting knife with an A6 washer will certainly be suitable for assembly.
For quick repair of aircraft models, we recommend the fast-curing 4-minute Epoxy adhesive. From our offer we recommend Speed Epoxy 4 min. 71g
Protective covers are designed to reduce the risk associated with transporting and charging batteries. LiPo batteries can, while maintaining small dimensions and low weight, provide high discharge currents and have a large capacity. The LiPo battery is prone to mechanical damage and therefore needs to be thoroughly protected.
