Exclusive technology

The acrobatic RC micro model Pitts S-1S is equipped with exclusive Spektrum technolog technologies. The AS3X® function keeps the model in direct flight and eliminates the effect of turbulence. The optional SAFE® Select function makes it more stable and accessible for less experienced pilots. The optional use of SAFE Select offers tilt and tilt limits along with automatic self-leveling, which can be turned on and off by turning the switch.

Possibility to use telemetry

The UMX® Pitts® S-1S is equipped with a control unit that includes a Spektrum® controller and receiver that provides real-time flight battery voltage telemetry to compatible Spektrum AirWare® transmitters (including DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2 / G3 and 8 G2, DX9 , NX6, 8 and 10, iX12, iX20 and others) during the flight.

Finished assembled model

The UMX Pitts® S-1S is completely assembled and ready to fly right out of the box! It is equipped with state-of-the-art Spektrum ™ 2.4 GHz technology, which pairs with your 5+ channel Speltrum DSMX® / DSM2® transmitter, so you can fly in minutes after opening the box.

Solid construction

The EPS construction is extremely light and durable. In the event of a collision, if you damage any parts of the aircraft airframe and are unable to repair them, a number of spare parts are available.

Choose LiPol 2S or 3S

The installed AC drive is now compatible with LiPol 2S and 3S. Install 2S 280mAh battery for standard performance or use 3S 300mAh battery for higher speed and unlimited vertical performance.

Linear servos

The model has all SPMSA2030L linear servos installed. You need min. 5+ channel Spektrum DSM2 / DSMX aircraft transmitter that you pair with the model receiver. It is necessary to add a LiPol battery 2S - 3S and a charger.

For pairing models in BNF versions, we recommend modern SPEKTRUM programmable RC kits:

• 6-channel economical RC set DX Spectrum DX6e DSMX, receiver AR620 transmitter with telemetry, 250 models in memory .
• 6-channel RC kit series NX Spektrum NX6 DSMX, receiver AR6610T with the latest trends, Smart Technology compatibility, USB port and WiFi connectivity .

Recommended chargers for conventional LiPol and Smart batteries

If you decide to use modern Smart LiPo batteries in RC models of planes or helicopters, or to charge your batteries from other manufacturers, then we recommend the following chargers:

• Charger with mains power supply Spektrum S150 with one 50W output.
• Charger with mains power supply Spektrum S1100AC with one output 1x100W .
• Charger with mains power supply Spektrum S2100 with two outputs 2x 100W .

Recommended modern powerful chargers for Smart batteries

• High performance AC charger Spektrum Smart G2 charger S1400 1x400W AC with one output 400W .
• High performance AC charger Spektrum Smart G2 charger S2200 2x200W AC with two outputs 2x200W .

Recommended chargers for conventional LiPo batteries

If you decide to run the model on conventional LiPo batteries , we recommend using universal chargers with a power of at least 50 W.

Accessories for normal operation

For normal operation of flying RC models, you need suitable adhesives, a set of tools and a case for storing LiPol batteries. From our range we recommend a quality set of Allen screwdrivers 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0mm and Modelcraft Phillips screwdrivers (set of 6). The Modelcraft mini pliers in a case (set) and a Modelcraft cutting knife with an A6 washer will certainly be suitable for assembly.

For quick repair of aircraft models, we recommend the fast-curing 4-minute Epoxy adhesive. From our offer we recommend Speed Epoxy 4 min. 71g

Protective covers for batteries

Protective covers are designed to reduce the risk associated with transporting and charging batteries. LiPo batteries can, while maintaining small dimensions and low weight, provide high discharge currents and have a large capacity. The LiPo battery is prone to mechanical damage and therefore needs to be thoroughly protected.
