The new Losi® Super Baja Rey 2.0 with Spektrum ™ Smart pushes the boundaries of RC models, with its performance, durability and, last but not least, smart functions available with the latest Spektrum Smart electronics. The model is modeled in a 1: 6 scale and has all the details like real cars at the legendary races in the Baja desert. The chassis with independent front suspension and trailing rear axle is also authentic. 4x4 drive for maximum off-road handling.

This remote control model is equipped with a massive drive with which you can reach speeds of over 80 km / h! Lightning acceleration is provided by the Spektrum Firma 750kv AC motor, which is controlled by the top Spektrum Firma Smart 160A 8S LiPo controller. The controller, the Spektrum 6100AT AVC® receiver and the DX3 transmitter, not only ensure accurate and reliable control, but thanks to Smart technology, the model is simple, safe and has state-of-the-art functions including electronic AVC stabilization and telemetry.
The basis of Super Baja Rey 2.0 is a chassis made of 4 mm anodized aluminum . The profiled shape of the chassis ensures even higher resistance to bending and twisting, even in the hardest impacts.
Like real desert racers, the Super Baja Rey 2.0 features extremely rigid composite cage protection. The cage is intertwined with an aluminum chassis and together form a durable skeleton of the model.
The innovative battery compartment system from the bottom allows quick and easy battery replacement, without the need to disassemble the body. In the chassis of the model, just open the compartment, insert the battery, connect the connector and you can go.
The independent front suspension consists of robust arms with steel links. For the maximum level of detail, the bricks are mock-up brake discs with red calipers.
Rear axle with 4-point rear suspension and fixed trailing axle, safely absorbs unevenness even at high speeds. Thanks to the same design as real cars, the model has excellent driving characteristics.
Excellent driving characteristics of the model are ensured by the 4x4 drive, which is made up of an ingenious system of front, rear and axle differential. The differentials are filled with viscous oil to ensure a degree of tightness / p>

The new licensed Method Racing wheels use the Beadlock system for easy replacement of tires and foam inserts without gluing. Wheel carrier 17 mm. BFGoodRich tires are synonymous with off-road racing, and the BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T / A KM3 will not be different.
Bead Lock system: The wheel forms a disc on which tires with a rim are mounted. The tires are securely fastened without gluing, using rings secured with screws.

The model is controlled by a modern SPEKTRUM ™ FIRMA ™ 160A SMART controller with a 32-bit ARM Cortex M4 microcontroller, which is able to sense complete telemetry and transmit it to the receiver using an integrated wire in the new IC5 connector. Data is transmitted via the SRXL2 protocol. The controller reads information about the type, temperature and voltage of the battery cells directly from the Smart battery. You do not have to worry about the correct setting of the battery type and its possible undercharging.
The electronics are completely encapsulated in a special potting compound, which prevents the entry of moisture * or dirt into the electronics. The controller is switched on and set with the buttons under the rubber cover.
The control is provided by the servo S905 with a huge force (torque: 38 kg.cm at a voltage of 6V, speed: 0.2s / 60 ° at 6V), it is waterproof * and dustproof. Durable metal gears provide long life and mechanical resistance. The dimensions of the servo are 60 x 55 x 29 mm.

AVC technology is an advanced Spectrum technology from Horizon Hobby, for RC car models. This stabilization system brings a completely new way of driving RC cars. AVC technology uses sensors for steering and throttle corrections. Thanks to appropriate interventions in the steering and engine power, the result is a smoother ride, stable behavior on level ground and in corners and safer tracking. Of course, the variable sensitivity of the steering, including the possibility of turning it off and leaving everything in the hands of the rider.
To put the model into operation, a drive battery and an adequate drive battery charger are required.
Operate the model on two identical 3S or 4S LiPo batteries (11.1V, 14.8V).

To connect the battery to the charger, a charging cable with bananas and an EC5 connector (Order No. FO-LGL-CLEC5) is required.
For normal operation of an RC car, you need tire glue, screw glue, a set of tools and silicone oil for the shock absorbers. From our range we recommend an affordable set of tools for RC cars.
The tire glue adheres the tires to the rim of the disc. It is always necessary for the tire to be firmly glued to the wheel rim around the entire circumference! If the tire is not stuck around the entire circumference, it may rupture. The tire adhesive has a special composition that is able to bond materials such as rubber or nylon, and at the same time, after hardening, the adhesive is flexible. Occasionally it is necessary to add silicone oil to the model's shock absorbers and change the oil in the differentials. During normal operation, there is only a slight leakage of silicone oil along the shock absorber piston rods. If the surface of the shock absorber piston rods or the condition of the seals is in poor condition, the oil leak may be large. For these cases, repair kits or individual parts are supplied. For routine maintenance, a screw adhesive is required (Order No. FS-G06 / 10. Screws screwed into the metal material (eg screws in the motor, set screw in the pinion) must be secured against loosening with this adhesive.
Protective covers are designed to reduce the risk associated with transporting and charging batteries. LiPo batteries can, while maintaining small dimensions and low weight, provide high discharge currents and have a large capacity for long travel times. On the contrary, the LiPo battery is prone mainly to mechanical damage.
