The DC motors of the FOXY Brushed series are perfectly suited for a whole range of modeling applications - for the propulsion of aircraft, ships, cars, tanks and other ground-based and direct-to-gear ground technology.

When installing and connecting FOXY Brushed motors, make sure that you do not exceed the permissible values for supply voltage and current load.

Engine cooling: In operation, the temperature of the outer casing of the engine should not exceed 80 ° C. In the model, therefore, it is always necessary to ensure sufficient access of cooling air and its flow around the engine; in the case of ship models, we recommend using water cooling. High motor loads are only possible for short periods. After each flight / ride, the engine must be allowed to cool to room temperature before taking off / sailing again.

FOXY 500 Race 7.2 V is a DC electric motor size "540" with a shaft with a diameter of 3.175 mm and plain bearings suitable for the propulsion of fast aircraft models with direct drive (5x5 propellers) or with a gearbox, for car and boat models (propeller 30 mm).

To control its speed, you will need an electronic controller with a load capacity of 30-40 A.
