The CGY770R is a high-end programmable flybarless control unit for 250-800 size helicopters with an integrated FASSTest/T-FHSS receiver and governor. State-of-the-art MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical system) sensors, extremely high data processing speed and advanced PID control algorithm place it at the forefront of all gyroscopic systems in terms of dimensions, weight and utility.
FUNCTION

- The settings are divided into Basic and Expert menus. Basic settings (accessible even for less experienced users) are used for initial settings and expert for advanced settings with a lot of adjustable parameters for very experienced pilots.

- Compatible with S.BUS2.
GYRO/FLYBARLES CONTROL UNIT- It uses an advanced adaptive PID control system.
- Simultaneous control of 3 axes (tilt, tilt, yaw).

Yaw (balancing rotor): Capable of detecting angular velocity up to ±1000°/s Compatible with 1520 µs analog (70 Hz repetition rate), 1520 µs digital (280 Hz), narrowband 760 µs digital (560 Hz), and UR mode servos (1666 Hz) for balancing rotors. The direct coupling option allows the CGY770R to take into account other control functions during operation. This leads to more precise corrections and more precise operation. The top control algorithm ensures constant pirouette speed, precise and smooth yaw control in all flight modes. -
Bowing, tilting: Developed specifically for flybarless helicopters. Supports H3-120, H3-140, H3-90, H4-00 and H4-45 cyclic plate types. Compatible with 1520 µs analog (70 Hz), 1520 µs digital (95, 140 or 280 Hz), narrowband 760 µs digital (560 Hz) and UR mode digital servos (1666 Hz).
GOVERNOR- It uses an advanced adaptive PID control system.
- High speed and extremely low traffic delay ensures more consistent and accurate operation.
- It makes it possible to maintain a constant speed of the carrier rotor in the range of 700 to 4000 rpm.
- Compatible with 1520 µs analog (70 Hz) and 1520 µs digital (280 Hz) throttle servos.
- The direct coupling option allows the CGY770R to take into account other control functions during operation. This leads to precise control of the rotor speed.
- Optional governor mode or speed limiter.
- It supports gear ratios from 1.00 to 50.00.
- A superior control algorithm ensures more consistent speed control.
- Compatible with speed sensor for governor GV-1. The CGY770R also supports a tuning speed sensor for mounting in the motor back cover and a phase sensor for AC motors.
RECEIVER- Switchable transmission systems FASSTest 2.4GHz (18CH or 12CH) and T-FHSS 2.4GHz with the help of - GPB-1 programmer.
- Thanks to compatibility with the S.BUS 2 system, it is possible to transmit the receiver's supply voltage and data from additional sensors connected to the receiver's S.BUS 2 port to the transmitter.
- Dual diversity antennas.
- The receiver can work in a two-receiver transmission system with an external backup FASSTest receiver, or the internal receiver can be switched off and a pair of external FASSTest receivers with automatic backup can be used.

Compatible servos Gyro can work with both analog and digital servos (for both 4.8 V and HV up to 8.4 V power supply). The servo type is selected programmatically. It is compatible with 1520 µs analog (70 Hz), 1520 µs digital (95, 140 or 280 Hz), narrowband 760 µs digital (560 Hz) and UR mode digital servos (1666 Hz).
Updatable firmware
If a new version is available, the CGY770R firmware can be updated using the Futaba CIU-3 or CIU-2 USB interface.
GPB-1
Intelligent programmer with a graphic LCD display (128x64 points) for setting the gyroscopic systems Futaba CGY 770R, CGY760R, CGY755 for helicopters and GYA553 for airplanes. Adjustment is possible with a direct cable connection to the gyro (adjustment of the full range of parameters) or wirelessly using the teacher-student system when connected to a compatible Futaba transmitter (limited range of parameters). The GPB-1 also allows the setting of S.BUS/S.BUS2 Futaba servos.
Upgradable firmware: If a new version is available, the GPB-1 firmware can be updated using the Futaba CIU-3 or CIU-2 USB interface.
Gyro set includes: CGY770R control unit, connection cables, GPB-1 programmer, fixing self-adhesive tape and Velcro, instructions.
