    A sports semi-scale model of an aerobatic aircraft powered by a 100-130 cc gasoline engine for experienced pilots for flying classic precision and extreme 3D aerobatics.

    The fuselage of the model is a classic construction of plywood and balsa laser-cut parts reinforced with Kevlar® and carbon with a removable laminate engine cover and a removable upper fuselage with a cabin for perfect access to the propulsion system and RC equipment. The engine is mounted in the rear mount on a plywood box bed; a tunnel is prepared on the underside of the fuselage for the possible installation of a tuned muffler.

    The two-piece wing with a symmetrical profile (the halves slide from the side onto a carbon tube connector and are secured with screws) is also a classic design with a solid all-balsa cover. The large-area ailerons are controlled by 2 pairs of servos.

    The tail surfaces are lightweight all-balsa construction, the VOP is two-piece with the stabilizer halves mounted on a carbon tube. The elevator halves are controlled by servos mounted in the horizontal stabilizer with short straight rods. The rudder is controlled by a wire drive (it is also removable for easier transport/storage). The design also allows for the possibility of controlling the rudder by wire rods from one or two servos located in the tail section of the fuselage.

    The entire model is covered with ULTRACOTE® iron-on transfer film (this is the trademark used in the USA for the well-known Oracover® films).

    The chassis is of the spur type with carbon main legs, wheels with laminate covers and a wire spur with a carbon console coupled to the rudder.

    For propulsion, you will need a 100-130 cc gasoline engine (e.g. GP-123).

    A nine-channel computer RC kit with at least one controller is sufficient for controlling the model - the ability to precisely adjust "paired" servos and program double and exponential deflections in the correct size is essential for aerobatic flying - both classic precision and extreme 3D.

    Servos that are fast and very strong in standard size will do – e.g. Futaba S9177SV, MKS HV777A+, KAVAN GO-1070MG, GO-1081MG, GO-1088MG, Hitec Hitec HS-7950TH, D980TW or HSB-9381TH and one standard servo for throttle control.

    The kit includes: iron-on foil-coated fuselage, wing and tail surfaces, sprayed laminate engine cover, accessory set, carbon chassis, spur, wheels and instructions.
