The FT Mini Patenpol was designed to respect the vision of his bigger real brother. The FT Pietenpol flight model is purely fun - during construction and then during flying. These characteristics were already the aim of the original original of 1928, designed by Bernhard Pietenpol. Pietenpol was proud to bring people with minimal investment, skills and tools into the air.
His intentions reflect the value of the Flite Test in every respect.

The FT Mini Pietenpol is a three-channel flight model that allows coordinated bends and slow and stable flying.
The kit can be folded during "dinner" and you can go flying before bedtime.
The techniques needed to build this set are not only simple, but all are designed by the 40 plus FT design.
The toughest Flite test is that this small model is the source of many wonderful flights and memories.

"When I was able to fly for the first time with Pietenpole at the age of 12, I was completely kidnapped, and we would like to inspire a young and experienced pilot with this small aircraft," said Josh Bixler.
