Instructions for igniting the engine with an optional electric igniter
Insert the starter into the engine so that the ignition mixture on the igniter touches the inner wall of the fuel mixture. It is recommended to bend the igniter wires so that the ignition mixture on the igniter is springed to the inner wall of the propellant. Secure the igniter and the wires in the motor by sealing the motor.

Use high quality alkaline batteries to power the starter. Conventional zinc chloride is not able to provide sufficient current to reliably ignite the igniter. To ignite the firing pin, a current of approx. 2 A is required!
