KAVAN V15 is a 24-channel RC kit for advanced recreational and sports modelers working on the Twin 2.4GHz transmission system with full telemetry support. It boasts a top response time of up to 4 ms , and at distances of up to tens of kilometers . You can also choose the ACCST D16 or ACCESS transmission systems, also with telemetry. The V15 can therefore be paired with a wide range of KAVAN or FrSky receivers , whether telemetric or not, with classic PWM and serial outputs.

The V15 retains the features and proven elements of the V20 transmitter, but is smaller, lighter and more portable. It is suitable for controlling a variety of aircraft models or heli/multicopters. You can easily set it up for boats or land models, for example. To do this, you use the wide range of functions and mixes available in the ETHOS™ operating system . You can conveniently adjust these to your own preferences using the aluminum multi-function rotary knob and the ETHOS interface.

It has a pair of highly precise cross controllers with an aluminum panel. This guarantees perfectly smooth movement of the levers in every direction. Their position is detected by high-quality Hall sensors. Compared to potentiometers, they have a higher resolution and are not subject to mechanical wear (most often around the center position), and are better resistant to moisture and dust. The control is therefore more precise and reliable.

For control of other functions there are 4 three-position switches, 2 two-position (1 momentary) switches, 2 side rotary controls, 4 user programmable buttons (front) and two momentary buttons (rear), 2 programmable mixer rotary controls and 4 digital trims. The trim levers and knobs are all-metal, precisely machined on CNC . The design of the control layout and body ergonomics is based on the proven and extensively tested design of the V20 transmitter.

The transmitter body is robust and fits perfectly in the hand . Rubberized grips on the sides and back of the transmitter provide a firm, comfortable and secure grip. From here, you can easily reach all the controls. The gimbals are located close to the edges of the transmitter. Long tuning levers with a switch are also available separately. Of course, there is also the option of adjusting the strength of the neutralization springs and the lock. To change the mode, simply select the desired mode in the settings menu and set the throttle lever lock in a few moments.

The built-in flash memory with a capacity of 128 MB will clearly store all your models or scripts. If that is not enough, you can expand it with a MicroSD card. To access the memory, you use the USB-C connector, which also serves as a charger. Your 2S lithium 2600mAh battery is taken care of by the built-in balancer.
