KAVAN PRO motors are high-performance commutatorless ("brushless") fourteen-pole electric motors with a rotating casing ("outrunner") with excellent electrical properties, sophisticated construction and top-quality manufacturing. Shafts made of hardened steel and high-quality bearings ensure a long service life, and the quality materials used for the manufacture of the stator and rotor also guarantee excellent performance parameters with high efficiency. They are low-speed, high-torque engines that handle large-diameter propellers and climbs without the need for a gearbox.

CAVAN FOR 2830-1100
The KAVAN PRO 2830-1100 is a small AC motor designed to drive small models with a flight weight of up to 750 g and powered by a three- to four-cell LiPo battery. Perfectly suited for Dumas park flyers and SIG/HERR models with a span of 1000-1200 mm; rather for faster models, where propellers of a smaller diameter with a higher number of revolutions appear more realistic.
Engine Mounting: The KAVAN PRO 2830-1100 is designed for both front and rear mounting. For front mounting behind the engine face, use at least two (opposite) or four M3 screws that extend into the engine face within 3 - 4 mm. The engine bulkhead should be 2-2.5mm aircraft grade plywood. The rear mounting kit (mounting cross, rear mounting propeller carrier) is supplied with the engine.
