The Ducati Monster (called Il Mostro] in Italian) is a stock or naked motorcycle designed by Miguel Angel Galluzzi and manufactured by Ducati in Bologna, Italy since 1993.

The new Monster and Monster + replace the discontinued Monster 797 and Monster 821 model series. The new concept of this machine consists of a combination of a superbike frame and a road-tuned 937cc Testastretta twin cylinder. In the new Monster, Ducati has sacrificed the iconic Trellis frame and replaced it with a superbike aluminum frame that is conceptually identical to the Panigale V4 frame. The results of using the new frame are better handling of the bike and a 60% weight saving compared to the tubular steel frame. Pounds have been shed all over the bike and the result is stunning. The new Monster, including operating fluids, is 18 kilos lighter than the Monster 821. The Monster 2021 is also available in the Monster + variant, which also has a wind deflector and a passenger seat cover. Both Monsters are available in 3 body colors: red Ducati, gray and matte black. The Monster 1200 series continues unchanged in the 2021 season.
