TYPICAL APPLICATIONS SUREFIX Secondary Adhesive is the ideal adhesive for bonding plastics, rubber, metal, wood, ceramics, leather, fabrics, cardboard and paper. The fixation is usually 5-30 seconds. In average, 50% of the joint strength is achieved during 12 to 24 hours increases to 15-26 N / mm2 (tensile strength). INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Ensure that all bonded surfaces are clean and dry and are tight against each other.
2. Apply the minimum amount of SUREFIX second adhesive to one of the glued surfaces.
3. Push the parts instantly together and hold down compressed, usually for 15 to 60 seconds, before a solid joint is formed.
4. Leave at rest for 5 minutes or the next day to create a bond with sufficient strength.
5. Make sure there is no contact with the skin.
6. Avoid environmental contamination and protect clothing and work surfaces. Remove the hardened adhesive residues using the DEBONDER SUREFIX Adhesive Remover.
7. For best results, bonding should be done at room temperature (15-30 ° C) and at least 30% relative humidity.
8. The SUREFIX Accelerator can be used to accelerate cure.

Limitations

• Only for indoor use" / li>
• DO NOT USE ON SUSPENDED, SPINY OR WET SURFACES.
• Best results are achieved by gluing smooth, tightly fitting surfaces without any gaps.
• Not suitable for bonding polypropylene, polyethylene, PTFE, silicone rubber.
• Never use adhesive components used for storing hot liquids.

STORAGE For most adhesives, the storage time is one year if we comply with certain conditions, ie store vials in the vertical position, not opened in a dry and dark place. The temperature should be less than 20 ° C. Extend the storage time by lowering the temperature to 1 ° C. Allow the glue to warm to ambient temperature before use.
