MAX 15 LA is a two-stroke engine with glow plug with the crankshaft mounted in slide bearings designed for recreational and sport aircraft models of all kinds. It is equipped with single-needle-type carburetor with separate 10G needle mounted on the main rear motor cover. In the basic configuration is provided likewise the expansion type muffler 871. The exhaust neck orientation can be changed by rotating the rear shock absorber 360 °.
- The crankshaft has a thread for propeller nut M5.
- Suggested propeller dimensions: Running: 8x4 "/ Coach and Sport: 7x5", 7x6 ", 8x4", 8x5 "
- Recommended fuel tank: 100-120 ml.
- Recommended fuel: at least 18% castor or synthetic oil (or. A mixture of synthetic and castor oil), 5-15% nitromethane. (When using fully synthetic oil, adjust the fuel mixture slightly richer in the event that there is a leaner mixture in aerobatic maneuvers in flight.)
- Recommended Plug: OS MAX No. 6 (formerly A3), when using fuel with a higher content of nitromethane OS MAX No. 8th
