The Challenger PRO is powered by Hobbywing's FOC brushless system (WP Fusion BLSYS for Crawler-540 SPEC-RTR), which features strong low-end torque and excellent linearity. The motor runs smoothly and quietly with excellent waterproof and dustproof protection, and can easily handle all weather conditions and various types of terrain. The 7.4V/3A BEC output brings more torque for the high-voltage servo.
The developers also focused on reducing weight, using nylon portal axles with helical gears. The PRO version retains the two-speed transmission with DIG system, front and four-wheel drive modes and rear winch, but also adds electronic disconnection of the rear stabilizer bar.
All five servos are equipped with metal gears and the steering servo has been upgraded to 35kg with steel gears and an aluminum housing. The front portal gear covers are made of brass to increase unsprung weight and improve the vehicle's climbing ability.
The shock absorbers have also been upgraded, with a larger diameter and a nano-titanium finish, which improves the smoothness of the damping and gives the car better articulation.
The Challenger PRO uses the original body design and adds a multi-layer paint job with a matte finish.
