The package contains finished parts of the E-Flite Turbo Timber Evolution BNF Basic RC airplane model with installed components: E-flite AC motor BL10 800rpm, Spektrum Smart controller Avian 70A, 6 pcs Spektrum servo A370 9g MG and installed Spektrum AR637TA receiver. The package includes slots for the leading edge of the wing, landing gear. The package also includes E-flite floats for Timber 1.5m for landing on water. Instructions in Czech, manual EN, DE, FR, IT.
Note: The AR637TA receiver that is in the model and has the Turbo Timber Evolution setup installed is not supplied as a replacement part. You can replace it with a Spektrum AR637T DSM2/DSMX 6CH AS3X receiver with telemetry, which can be set up using the Spektrum Programmer app.
To put it into operation, you will need to add a Spektrum transmitter, a spare LiPol battery 3S - 4S 2200mAh - 5000mAh and a suitable charger - see Recommended accessories.

Turbo Timber Evolution is a sports multi-purpose RC model aircraft with a span of 1.5 ms with installed drive and electronics. It is powered by a 10BL 800Kv AC motor with a Spektrum Avian 70 A regulator, compatible with LiPol 3S-4S and thanks to this combination, the model is able to take off and land literally on the subway. Large wheels allow for take-off and landing on grass. A Spektrum AR637TA receiver with AS3X stabilization and optional SAFE system for beginners is installed in the hull. As a bonus, the package includes a set of floats for taking off and landing on the water surface! Installed lighting .
The designation of Timber as Evolution is not accidental, the development continues also in the new product, a practical cover of the front part of the cabin, under which a large space is hidden, which can fit 3S 2200mAh to 4S 5000mAh batteries. What is less visible, but very important, are stronger chassis mounts that absorb shocks more effectively, and large wheels with large tires are also installed. Also new is the new Spektrum AR637TA receiver with full-range telemetry and cutting-edge DSMX® technology, flying is easy with the innovative and optional SAFE® Select flight envelope protection.

Exclusive technology
The Turbo Timber® Evolution 1.5m RC Airplane features exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® and SAFE® Select technologies. AS3X is a 3-axis electronic stabilization to eliminate the effect of wind and turbulence, which makes it seem like you are flying a much larger aircraft. Optional use of the SAFE Select function offers a choice of slope limit and tilt angle, along with automatic self-leveling that can be turned on and off with the flip of a switch! If you don't want to use the SAFE Select function, you simply pair the receiver in the normal way and only the AS3X 3-axis gyro remains active.
SMART technology
The Basic Turbo Timber® Evolution B is equipped with the exclusive Spektrum™ SMART Avian™ 70A controller, which offers a range of telemetry data related to the power system in real time, including motor speed, current, battery voltage and more via compatible Smart telemetry receivers (such as AR637TA installed in the BNF Basic version) and transmitters equipped with Spektrum AirWare™ (including DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3 and 8G2, DX9, NX6, NX8 and NX10, iX12, iX20) during flight. It is also equipped with selectable engine reverse that offers quick ground braking, reversing, etc.
Floats in the package
For fans of seaplanes, for operation on water surfaces, the package includes a set of floats. After a short assembly, you can enjoy flying over the surface of lakes and ponds. Thanks to the STOL characteristics, the launch is possible even where most models of this size can no longer handle it. Stronger reinforced hull mounts and shock-absorbing chassis, equipped with oversized wheels and tundra-style tires, soak up the bumps of rough surfaces and provide excellent support. The set of floats includes two rudders for safe control.
STOL (Short Takeoff and Landing)
The Turbo Timber® Evolution model aircraft wing is designed for STOL (short takeoff and landing) characteristics, so it has functional slotted flaps installed, and optional leading edge slots are included for even slower flight. These features, together with a light construction and a powerful AC motor, make it possible to start literally on the subway.
Powerful AC motor
The AC drive installed in the model is equipped with a SMART Spektrum™ Avian™ 70A controller along with a specially tuned BL10 AC motor and 3-blade propeller, which provide enough thrust with a 3S LiPol battery or high power for aerobatics with a 4S LiPol battery without the need for any modifications or adjustments . The advantage is access to the fuselage by folding the cover in front of the wing and more space for batteries, which allows the use of LiPol batteries from 3S 2200mAh, up to 4S 5000mAh, in order to achieve a wide range of performance and flight time.
A light and durable kite model
The Turbo Timber Evolution has a composite reinforced construction with a hollow core of rigid EPO foam and carbon reinforcements, therefore the model is extremely light while ensuring high structural rigidity and strength. The wing is equipped with reliable 9g digital servos with metal gears.
Model lighting installed
The model looks lifelike in flight with realistic LED landing, navigation and strobe lights already installed and powered by the flight battery.
Easy assembly
No glue is needed to assemble the Turbo Timber RC Model Airplane, as assembly is done with just a few screws, so the Turbo is ready to fly in less time than it takes to charge the flight battery. The two-part wing makes it easy to transport and store.
Note: The AR637TA receiver does not include a barometric sensor and a connector for connecting an additional receiver.
The electronics of the receiver is equipped with electronic 3-axis stabilization AS3X , which offers the highest level of stabilization flight corrections. It is a technology that can guide the model across the sky as if on a string. The microprocessor, based on information from the 3-axis gyroscope, constantly maintains the position of the model aircraft using the ailerons and rudders and elevator in the same position until you give an instruction via the transmitter to change the position of the model.
If you are not a very experienced pilot or if you want to have a greater degree of safety, or if you first get to know the model safely in flight, you can activate the optional SAFE Select technology, which is integrated in the receiver. No programming is required, simply pair the receiver with or without SAFE, and if SAFE is selected, set the switch to turn the function on and off according to the instructions. The SAFE function secures the flight envelope by limiting the extreme flight limits of yaw and pitch. Electronic stability is also active, when the control levers of the transmitter are returned to neutral, the model is automatically leveled into horizontal flight.
These functions will help the student in the beginning, especially when he loses his orientation, when the student panics and does not know which side to put the stick lever. It happens that, on the contrary, he adds a deflection to the turn, which irreversibly ends in a crash. This situation is solved by the SAFE function, because the student knows that all he has to do is let go of the transmitter levers and the model will align itself! After that, you can easily take control and continue your flight. This situation already contributes to the pilot's peace of mind and faster progress in pilot training.
We recommend to buy
Assembly of the model is relatively quick thanks to the ready-made model parts with installed electronics. To complete it, we recommend adding a Spektrum DSMX®/DSM2® 6+ channel RC transmitter and a 2200-5000mAh 3S 11.1V or 4S 14.8V LiPol drive battery with an IC3/EC3 connector and a suitable LiPol charger.

Accessories for normal operation
For the normal operation of flying RC models, you need suitable adhesives, a set of tools and a storage case for LiPol batteries. From our assortment, we recommend a quality set of 1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0 mm Allen screwdrivers and Modelcraft Phillips screwdrivers (set of 6). Modelcraft mini pliers in a case (set) will certainly come in handy for assembly, and for cutting a Modelcraft cutting knife with an A6 pad.

Protective covers for accumulators
Protective packaging is intended to limit the risk associated with the transport and charging of accumulators. LiPo accumulators, while maintaining small dimensions and low weight, can provide high discharge currents and have a large capacity. The LiPo battery is particularly susceptible to mechanical damage and therefore needs to be thoroughly protected.
