Characteristics

An elegant and modern RC model of the American Cirrus SR22T aircraft licensed by Cirrus Aircraft from E-flite®, it has a wingspan of 1.5m, is fully equipped with electronics and propulsion, lighting, three-wheel landing gear with a steerable nose wheel, flaps, tinted cabin glazing and equipped cockpit with pilot.

The modern American composite four-seater Cirrus SR22T is manufactured by the American company Cirrus Aircraft. In 12 years, more than 5,000 Cirruses were produced, of which in the last ten years, approx. 4,000 Cirruses were produced in the more powerful SR22 version. All aircraft are equipped with a parachute rescue system and the wing is designed to keep the aircraft stable and fully controllable even at high angles of attack. The aircraft has stall and spin prevention equipment, a digital cockpit and modern avionics. Thanks to the representation of Cirrus Aircraft in the Czech Republic, the Cirrus SR22T aircraft is widespread in our country.

The E-flite® Cirrus SR22T 1.5m model is an RC model with excellent flight characteristics and a modern look that will surely impress everyone. It has all the features, advanced technology, capabilities and performance that pilots expect from the current model. A Spektrum™ Avian™ Smart controller is installed, delivering a range of telemetry data related to the model's power system in real time via compatible Spektrum transmitters. The practicality of the model is a combination of a reasonable size and economical operating costs, because a common LiPol battery 3S - 4S 2200-3000mAh is recommended for the drive. The model has enough power for sports and acrobatic flying. Take-offs and landings will be facilitated by the 3-wheel arrangement of the landing gear with a steerable bow leg, as well as functional flaps. A pleasant addition is the positional lighting of the model, which will allow flying in the dark.

The Cirrus SR22T is equipped with an AC motor with an Avian 60A regulator that is compatible with 3S and 4S LiPol and a 3-blade propeller. With a 3S LiPol battery, you can engage in leisurely flying and sports acrobatics, if you want more adrenaline, use a 4S LiPol battery and fly at a higher speed and more demanding acrobatics with higher energy without any changes in settings. Both intermediate and experienced pilots will be able to get in the air quickly thanks to a quick and easy assembly with just a few screws. The two-piece wing has functional slotted flaps and a convenient servo connection system. Functional cabin interior and external navigation LED lighting accentuate the fresh, modern equipment scheme inspired by the latest model of the large version of Generation 6 for high authenticity. Large wheels on a robust three-wheeled chassis with a steerable bow leg facilitate taxiing, take-off and landing on grass or paved surfaces. The chassis wheel fairing is an essential element of the model's design, while the detailed cockpit with tinted glass and pilot figure adds the perfect finishing touch. A Spektrum™ Avian™ 60A Smart controller is installed. The BNF® Basic version includes the AR637TA receiver, which, in addition to the AS3X® offering and optional SAFE® Select technologies, uses Smart technology to deliver full-scale real-time telemetry data, including engine speed, current, battery voltage and more to compatible Spektrum AirWare™ equipped transmitters .

Exclusive technology

The Cirrus SR22T 1.5m BNF BAsic version features exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® and SAFE® Select technologies. The AS3X is a 3-axis gyroscope that works in the background to smooth out the effect of wind and turbulence to provide a feeling that makes you feel like you're flying a much larger aircraft. The optional use of SAFE Select offers restraint with pitch and roll limits along with automatic self-leveling that can be turned on and off with the flip of a switch! And if you don't want to activate and use the SAFE Select feature, simply pair the receiver in the normal way and only the AS3X will be active.

SMART technology

The Cirrus SR22T 1.5m features an exclusive Spektrum™ Avian™ Smart controller that can provide you with a range of real-time power-related telemetry data, including motor speed, current, battery voltage and more, via compatible AirWare™ equipped transmitters (including DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/3 and 8 G2, DX9, NX6, 8 and 10, iX12, iX20 and others).

Excess power

The AC drive unit installed includes a 60A Spektrum™ Avian™ Smart AC controller and a specially tuned 3-blade propeller motor that provide plenty of thrust with a 3S LiPo battery or higher speed and unlimited vertical power with a 4S battery without the need for any modifications or adjustments.

Officially licensed

The model is officially licensed by Cirrus Aircraft and has a finished livery inspired by the latest Generation 6 large aircraft.

Lightweight and durable, the composite-reinforced and precisely sculpted EPO airframe features a wealth of detail, including panel lines, hatches, cranks, steps, antennas and more.

Accessories for normal operation

For the normal operation of flying RC models, you need suitable adhesives, a set of tools and a storage case for LiPol batteries. From our assortment, we recommend a quality set of 1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0mm allen screwdrivers and Modelcraft Phillips screwdrivers (set of 6). Modelcraft mini pliers in a case (set) and Modelcraft cutting knife with A6 pad for cutting will certainly come in handy for assembly.

For quick repair of model airplanes, we recommend the fast-curing 4-minute Epoxy glue. From our offer, we recommend Speed Epoxy 4 min. 71g

Protective covers for accumulators

Protective packaging is intended to limit the risk associated with the transport and charging of accumulators. LiPo accumulators, while maintaining small dimensions and low weight, can provide high discharge currents and have a large capacity. The LiPo battery is especially susceptible to mechanical damage and therefore needs to be thoroughly protected.
