The Sky Wolf 2240 mm is specially designed for 3D acrobatics and fun-fly style flying. It features a strong but very light balsa and plywood construction with extensive use of carbon and laminate components and aluminum alloy reinforcements. The Sky Wolf is designed to be powered by a 30-50 cc gasoline engine or an AXI 5330 to 5345 class brushless motor; with 35 cc engines or more powerful it easily hangs on the propeller.
A very high level of pre-processing is typical for Pilot RC ARF kits:
- All parts of the kite are assembled and covered with iron-on foil.
- The cabin and the upper part of the fuselage in front of it are fixed with a quick-release system for quick battery replacement when using an electric motor.
- Glued hinges of ailerons, elevators and rudders.
- The laminate engine cover is spray-painted and pre-installed - all that's left to do is cut out any holes according to your engine and muffler.
- Installed fuel tank and fuel valve.
- Laser marked engine bolt locations on engine bulkhead.
Accessories supplied in the kit:
- Laminated rudder levers
- Carbon tube wing connectors
- Carbon chassis legs
- Carbon spur
- Carbon propeller cone
- Chassis wheels with duralumin rims
Recommended equipment:
- Petrol engine with a capacity of 30-50cc
- 7pcs of strong standard size servos
- 1pc standard size servo for throttle control
