Model Kit 7402 - TRIUMPH (1: 9)

Original information:
At the beginning of the Second World War, Great Britain did not have at its disposal all the technical equipment needed for such a conflict, and so many vehicles were made in a hurry under urgent orders. Motorcycles, mainly used by the known DR "Dispatch Riders" to provide inter-unit communication, were rebuilt from civilian models with only minor changes, such as a new paint with military paint and adding frames to canvas bags. Triumph designed the 3HW, based on the civilian "Tiger 80", with a OHV engine and a parallel double front fork. This model served on all fronts where the British Armed Forces fought, in Africa, Europe and Asia. After the Second World War, these motorcycles were delivered to many other countries, such as Italy and Greece, where Triumphy served thanks to its reliability and robust construction for a long time.
