Original Information:
During World War II, the German army often had to fight against fortified positions or closed city centers. For tactical reasons - the units were too close to the enemy line - artillery and air support could not be deployed. Therefore, "Sturm" - a variant of the heavy tank "Tiger" (Italeri N. 6471). The heavy-duty chassis was placed effective and truly unique 38 cm mortar, which had a short range, but huge firepower. Only a few pieces of Sturmtiger were produced, which were mainly used in 1944 on the Western Front.
